60 մլն դրամ ՝ գործազրկությունը մեղմելու համար

Գործազրկությունը մեղմելու համար միայն սոցիալական աջակցությունը կարող է այդքան էլ մեծ արդյունք չտալ: Փոխարենը, հարկավոր է ստեղծել սեզոնային կամ ժամանակավոր աշխատատեղեր:
Այդ նպատակով անցած տարի Արմավիրում տեղի ունեցավ փորձնական ծրագիր,որի շնորհիվ նաև հող ունեցող մարդիկ հնարավորություն ստացան օգտվել սեզոնային զբաղվածության աջակցությունից:
Նման ծրագիր է հաստատվել նաև Տավուշի մարզում: Այն նպատակ ունի ժամանակավոր զբաղվածության միջոցով թուլացնել նաև մարզի սոցիալական լարվածությունը։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ընդգրկված են 30 համայնքների 10-15 գործազուրկներ: Գործադիր մարմինը այս ծրագրի համար կհատկացնի 60 մլն դրամ,ինչը կապահովվի երկամսյա զբաղվածությամբ։
Որպես ևս մեկ դրական հանգամանք պետք է նշել այն, որ աշխատանքները հիմնականում վերաբերելու են համայնքին: Այլ կերպ ասած ՝ գործազրկությունը մեղմելով կլուծվեն նաև համայնքի որոշ խնդիրներ:
