Ռուսաստանի եւ Բելառուսի միութենական պետությունն իրենից ներկայացնում է ինտեգրման տեսակ ինքնիշխանությունն ամբողջովին պահպանելու դեպքում: Այդ մասին լրագրողներին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Դա պետություն չէ բառի բուն իմաստով: Դա պարզապես ինտեգրման որոշակի մակարդակ է: Եւ ինքնիշխանությունն ամբողջովին պահպանելու պայմաններում: Սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, դա հեշտացնում է մարդկանց կյանքը, ստեղծում որոշակի պայմաններ տնտեսական զարգացման համար, բարձրացնում մեր ընդհանուր մրցունակությունը»,-պարզաբանել է Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդը:

Ռուսաստանը չի ձգտում որեւէ երկրին ներքաշել միութենական հարաբերությունների մեջ եւ ձգտում է փոխզիջումներ փնտրել փոխհարաբերությունները կառուցելիս: «Եթե մենք, ինչպես Ղազախստանի հետ, Խորհրդային Միության մյուս հանրապետությունների հետ կառուցվել ենք դաշնակցային բարեկամական հարաբերչությունները, ինչ-որ մեկի հետ մենք աշխատում ենք երկկողմանի հիմքով լիովին բարեկամական շրջանակում, մեկ ուրիշի հետ մենք ստեղծում ենք տնտեսական միություններ, պաշտպանական միություններ, ինչպես ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու ԵԱՏՄ-ն,-ասել է Պուտինը:-Սակայն մենք ոչ մեկին այնտեղ ստիպողաբար չենք ներքաշում: Մենք փնտրում ենք փոխզիջումային ուղիներ, որոնք հանգեցնում են այնպիսի վիկճակի, որը բավարարում է մեր գործընկերներին:
