Արման Թաթոյանը նշել է ՀՀ իշխանությունների կոպիտ սխալը (տեսանյութ)
BLOGՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում ներկայացրել է իր ելույթը և գրել.
«Կոպիտ սխալ է ՀՀ պետական սահմանների հարցերը միայն քաղաքական ու ռազմական տեսանկյունից դիտարկելը:
Կառավարությունն այդ կերպ ինքն իրեն դնում է սահմանափակումների մեջ, ստիպված է լինում դիմել միայն միջազգային ռազմաքաղաքական ատյաններ և չի կարողանում պատշաճ պաշտպանել իր բնակչությանը:
Իրականում, սահմանների որոշման հիմքում պետք է լինեն մարդն ու նրա իրավունքները: Դա երկրին հնարավորություն կտա լայնորեն օգտվել մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային մեխանիզմներից, դիվերսիֆիկացնել այդ մեխանիզմները և նաև այդ կերպ ուժեղացնել քաղաքականն ու ռազմականը:
Անվտանգությունն առաջին հերթին մարդու, սահմանային բնակչության անվտանգ կյանքի և իրավունքների համար է, իսկ քաղաքականն ու ռազմականի նպատակն ի վերջո մարդուն պաշտպանելն է:
Ուստի, ՀՀ սահմանների որոշման գործընթացում սեփական բնակչության իրավունքները շարունակվող խախտումները վերացնելու, ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին մեր գյուղերի մոտից և ճանապարհներից հեռացնելու նպատակով Կառավարությունը հրատապ կարգով առնվազն պետք է`
1) միջպետական գանգատով դիմի Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան (ք.Ստրասբուրգ) և միջնորդի կիրառել 39-րդ կանոնը.
2) դիմի ՄԱԿ-ի մարմիններին, այդ թվում` Անվտանգության խորհուրդ, օգտագործի ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում իր անդամությունը և այլն:
Խախտումների առկա փաստերը դրա համար ստեղծում են հիմնավոր ապացույցներ»:
