«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երկիրը՝ անհավանական մեծ խնդիրների առջև, թշնամին երկրի սահմաններից դուրս չի գալիս, իսկ ինչո՞վ են զբաղված օրվա իշխանությունները: Ճիշտ է՝ բացառապես շոու անելով ու «մուռ հանելով»: Այլ կերպ չես մեկնաբանի, օրինակ՝ Սյունիքի մարզի համայնքապետների ձերբակալություններն ու կալանավորումները: Ընդ որում, այն «բեմադրությունը», որ իրականացվել է Մեղրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Մխիթար Զաքարյանի հանդեպ, երբ մարդուն ցուցադրաբար պառկեցնում են գետնին, որ նկարեն, պարզապես ի ցույց է դնում այս ամենի բացառապես քաղաքական բնույթը: Երևի այդ տեսանյութերն ուղարկում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ «սիրտը հովանա»:

Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Քաջարանի քաղաքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանի նկատմամբ (ի դեպ, թե՛ Զաքարյանը, թե՛ Փարամազյանը բազմազավակ հայրեր են), ձերբակալել են Որոտան վարչական տարածքի ղեկավար Սուրեն Օհանջանյանին, կալանավորել են Քարահունջ վարչական տարածքի ղեկավար Լուսինե Ավետյանին, իշխանությունների թիրախում են նաև Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանն ու Սիսիանի քաղաքապետ Արթուր Սարգսյանը: Մի խոսքով՝ Փաշինյանի թիրախում Սյունիքի համայնքապետներն են, մարդիկ, որոնք 44-օրյա պատերազմին իրենց մասնակցությունն են ունեցել, Մխիթար Զաքարյանն անգամ վիրավորում է ստացել, մարդիկ, որոնք սահման են պահում, երկիր են պահում, մարդիկ, որոնց համար թանկ է մեր երկրի ամեն մի թիզը: Այս ամենը շատերին հիմք է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ նշյալ գործընթացները նպատակ ունեն թուլացնել Սյունիքը:

Առավել ևս, որ տեղերից ստացվող տեղեկություններով, իրավապահ մարմիններ են կանչվում նշյալ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները, այդ թվում և հատկապես՝ կանայք, որպեսզի սուտ ցուցմունք տան իրենց համայնքների ղեկավարների դեմ, թե իբր ընտրակաշառք են ստացել: Ընդ որում, խոսքը օրինական ճանապարհով, ձևակերպված սոցիալական օգնությունների մասին է, որոնք անապահով ընտանիքներին տրվել են պարբերաբար: Օրերս հեռուստաընկերություններից մեկի եթերում մասնավորաբար որոտանցի կանայք ասում էին, թե կթողնեն, դուրս կգան գյուղից, ով ուզում է, թող գա ու ապրի, սահման պահի: Ցավալի տեսարան էր, բայց... Չէ, սիրելի քույրեր ու մայրեր, անկեղծ ասած, հազիվ թե այդ հեռանկարը վախեցնի կամ անհանգստացնի այս իշխանություններին: Իսկ գուցե հակառա՞կը, գուցե նրանց հենց դա էլ պե՞տք է...
