Յունիբանկը KfW բանկի հետ համատեղ իրականացնում է բիզնես վարկավորման նոր ծրագիր

Յունիբանկը ընդլայնում է համագործակցությունը գերմանական KfW բանկի հետ և ՓՄՁ-ների համար սկսում է իրականացնել նոր վարկային ծրագիր: Ծրագրի շրջանակում մշակվել է երկու վարկատեսակ՝ «Անգրավ ՄՓՄՁ» և «ՄՓՄՁ», որոնք թույլ կտան միջին, փոքր և միկրո ձեռնարկություններին կապիտալ ներդրումների և ընթացիկ ծախասերի համար ստանալ վարկային միջոցներ:
«Անգրավ ՄՓՄՁ» վարկի գումարը կազմում է մինչև 5 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, մարման ժամկետը՝ մինչև 60 ամիս, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ մինչև 12%: Այս վարկատեսակը նախատեսված է անհատ ձեռներեցների և իրավաբանական անձանց համար, որոնք ցանկանում են օպտիմալացնել ֆինանսական ծախսերը և խուսափել կադաստրային, նոտարական և գրավի ապահովագրության հետ կապված լրացուցիչ ծախսերից: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում գրավի դիմաց այս վարկի գումարը կարող է ավելացվել մինչև 1 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամով:
Ավելի մեծ ներդրումների պահանջ ունեցող ձեռնարկություններին Յունիբանկը առաջարկում է «ՄՓՄՁ» վարկը: Վարկը տրամադրվում է մինչև 12% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով և մինչև 60 ամիս մարման ժամկետով: Վարկի գումարը կազմում է մինչև 160 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ: Որպես գրավ ընդունվում են անշարժ և շարժական գույքը, ապրանքանյութական պաշարները, շրջանառու միջոցները և այլն:
«Մեր ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է բիզնեսին առաջարկել առավել ճկուն պայմաններ: Մենք հասկանում ենք, թե որքան կարևոր է բիզնեսի յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտի առանձնահատկություններն ու կարիքները` մատչելի և արդյունավետ վարկատեսակ մշակելու համար: ճիշտ Ժամանակին ֆինանսավորումը, անհատական մոտեցումը և շահավետ պայմանները թույլ են տալիս մեր հաճախորդներին հնարավորինս արդյունավետ օգտագործել վարկային միջոցները և հասնել աճի և զարգացման նոր մակարդակի», - ասում է Յունիբանկի կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի զարգացման և վաճառքների տնօրեն Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը:
2021 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Յունիբանկի կողմից տրամադրված բիզնես վարկերի ծավալը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 9% -ով: Բիզնես վարկերի պորտֆելն այս տարվա մարտի վերջին կազմել է շուրջ 71,5 մլրդ դրամ:
