Ոստիկանության մոտ դիմակներով ու ինքնաձիգներով անձինք Մխիթար Զաքարյանին պառկեցրել են գետնին, նկարահանել ու ներս տարել

Իրավապահ մարմիններին չի հետաքրքրում իրենց հեղինակությունը: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սուտն ու կեղծիքը դարձրել են ուղենիշ, այնինչ դրանք իրավապահ և օրինապահ բառերին հականիշ են։

Ոստիկանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ բանավոր պայմանավորվածության համաձայն այսօր ժամը 00։00-ի սամաններում գնացել ենք քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության շենք, մտել ենք ներս և հայտնել, որ պայմանավորվածության համաձայն ինքնակամ ներկայացել ենք։

Ոստիկանները ձևացրել են, թե իբրև տեղյակ չեն, թե ինչու ենք եկել և առաջարկել են սպասել, մինչև ճշտում կատարեն։ Այդ ընթացքում ժամանակ շահելով, ընդամենը մոտ 2-3 րոպե անց նույն ոստիկանության շենքի մեկ այլ մուտքից դուրս են եկել ոստիկանական 2 միկրոավտոբուսներ, դրանից դուրս են թափվել բազմաթիվ դիմակավորված և ինքնաձիգավոր անձինք, անօրինական կարգով և անհամաչափ ուժ ու բռնություն գործադրելով «առանձնապես վտանգավոր հանցագործ» Մխիթար Զաքարյանին պառկեցրել են գետնին՝ նկարահանել, որից հետո բռնությամբ ներս տարել, այդ ընթացքում խոչընդոտելով նաև փաստաբանների գործունեությանը։

Համառ ջանքերից հետո փաստաբաններին ևս ներս են թողել և հետագա գործողությունների ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ 2 օր է ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն ակնհայտ անօրինական գործողություններով և կեղծիքներով հիմքեր են նախապարաստել Մ․Զաքարյանին ձերբակալելու համար, որպեսզի իրականացանեն այս խայտառակ մասկի-շոուն։

Ոստիկանների անօրինական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել։

Ձերբակալման հիմքն այն ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ են, թե իբրև ոստիկանության Մեղրիի բաժնի աշխատակիցները բազմաթիվ այցեր են կատարել Մխիթար Զաքարյանի տուն, սակայն դռները փակ լինելու պատճառով չեն կարողացել քննիչի մոտ ներկայանալու ծանուցագիր հանձնել։

Իրականում ոստիկաները տեղեկացված են եղել, որ ընտանիքի անդամը հատուկ տանը սպասում է, որպեսզի հանձնեն ծանուցագիրը, խնդրել ենք՝ այդպիսին լինելու դեպքում այն հանձնել կամ տեղեկացնել դրա մասին։ Դիտավորյալ չեն հանձնել և չեն տեղեկացրել։

Պնդում եմ, որ այդ ծանուցագիրը հանձնելու անհնարինության մասին տեղեկություններն ակնհայտ կեղծ են, որոնց վերաբերյալ ունեմ անհերքելի ապացույցներ։
