Փոփոխություն՝ կարանտինի որոշման մեջ
POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը հուլիսի 9-ին ՀՀ կառավարության 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի n 1514-ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.
Որոշման 1.4 կետով որոշում է կայացվել ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել որոշման հավելվածի 17-րդ կետ: Այն վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության զորամասերի մասով արգելքներին:
Սույն կետով արգելվում էին
1) տեսակցությունները (բացառությամբ տեսազանգից օգտվելու դեպքերի)․
2) շարքային և կրտսեր ենթասպայական կազմերի պարտադիր զինծառայողների արձակումները և արձակուրդները (բացառությամբ «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի 2-րդ ենթակետի հիմքով նախատեսված ընտանիքի անդամի (կին, երեխա, հայր, մայր, քույր, եղբայր, տատ, պապ) մահվան դեպքերի):
Այսինքն, այսուհետ տեսակցությունները, շարքային և կրտսեր ենթասպայական կազմերի պարտադիր զինծառայողների արձակումները և արձակուրդները չեն արգելվում:
