Կարանտինի մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստորագրած որոշումն այսօրվանից ուժի մեջ է մտել

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հուլիսի 9-ին ՀՀ կառավարության 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի n 1514-ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.

Ղեկավարվելով «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 33-րդ և 34-րդ հոդվածներով` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ո ր ո շ ու մ է.

1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի «Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) պայմանավորված կարանտին սահմանելու մասին» N 1514-Ն որոշման (այսուհետ՝ որոշում) մեջ կատարել հետևյալ փոփոխությունները՝

1) որոշման 1-ին կետում «2021 թվականի հուլիսի 11-ը» բառերը փոխարինել «2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ը» բառերով.

2) որոշման հավելվածի 2.1-ին կետը շարադրել հետևյալ խմբագրությամբ՝
«2.1. Սույն հավելվածի 2-րդ կետով սահմանված սերտիֆիկատի փոխարեն անձը ներկայացնում է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) դեմ ամբողջական պատվաստված լինելը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատ (տեղեկանք)՝ տվյալ պատվաստանյութի կիրառման հրահանգի համաձայն սահմանված դեղաչափերով (դեղաչափով), մեկ դեղաչափով ներարկվող պատվաստանյութի դեպքում՝ նվազագույնը 28 օր (4 շաբաթ) առաջ ներարկված լինելը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատ (տեղեկանք), մեկից ավելի դեղաչափի դեպքում՝ վերջին դեղաչափը նվազագույնը 14 օր առաջ ներարկված լինելը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատ (տեղեկանք) (այսուհետ՝ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ): Պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատը լինում է հայերեն կամ ռուսերեն կամ անգլերեն, պատվաստումն իրականացրած կազմակերպության ղեկավարի անունը պարունակող ձևաթղթով՝ նշելով պատվաստված անձի անունը և ազգանունը, անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի համարը, ծննդյան տարեթիվը (օր, ամիս, տարի), պատվաստանյութի արտադրական անունը, սերիան, յուրաքանչյուր դեղաչափի ներարկման տարեթվերը (օր, ամիս, տարի), ստորագրված կազմակերպության ղեկավարի կողմից ու հաստատված կազմակերպության կնիքով կամ պարունակում է գծիկային կոդ (QR կոդ), որի միջոցով հնարավոր է ստուգել սույն կետում նշված պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատին ներկայացվող բոլոր պահանջները կամ տվյալ օտարերկրյա պետությունում տրամադրվող սերտիֆիկատի ձևանմուշն ընդունելի լինելու մասին տրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմնի համաձայնությունը՝ ելնելով փոխադարձության սկզբունքից: Պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատը անձը կարող է ներկայացնել նաև բջջային հավելվածով կամ բջջային հավելվածից գեներացված թղթային տարբերակով:».

3) որոշման հավելվածի 9-րդ կետից հանել «Սույն հավելվածի 3-րդ կետից բացառություն է արվում նաև օտարերկրյա պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների անդամների համար՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունք (վերջին 72 ժամ վաղեմությամբ) կամ 2.1-ին կետով սահմանված պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու դեպքում:» նախադասությունը.

4) որոշման հավելվածի 17-րդ կետն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել:
