Բենզինի մեկ լիտրը Հայաստանում պետք է արժենար 375 դրամ, ոչ թե 410

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Վերջին կես տարում համաշխարհային շուկայում նավթի գինը նվազել է շուջ երկու անգամ: Այդ ընթացքում Հայաստանում բենզինն էժանացել է ընդամենը 20 դրամով կամ 4,6 տոկոսով: Նավթի ու բենզինի գների այս փոփոխությունները համարժեք չեն:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ եթե նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը 65 դոլար է, ապա Հայաստանում վաճառվող մեկ լիտր բենզինի գնի մեջ նավթի գնի բաղադրիչը 40 ցենտ է, իսկ երբ նավթի գինը 37 դոլար է, ապա այդ բաղադրիչը 23 ցենտ է: Ու ստացվում է, որ նավթի գնի նվազումը պետք է հանգեցնի մեկ լիտր բենզինի 55 դրամով նվազեցման: Կես տարի առաջ մեկ լիտր «ռեգուլյար» բենզինը Հայաստանում արժեր 430 դրամ, հիմա՝ 410 դրամ:
Այնինչ վերը բերված պարզ թվաբանությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այսօր բենզինի մեկ լիտրը Հայաստանում պետք է արժենար 375 դրամ: Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ բենզինի ներկրմամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների լրացուցիչ շահույթը մեկ լիտր բենզինից աճել է 35 դրամով: Մեկ ամսվա կտրվածքով շահույթը կազմում է ավելի քան 2 մլն դոլար:
Նշենք, որ արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ Հայաստանում մատակարարվող բենզինի մեծածախ վաճառողը ռուսական «Ռոսնեֆտ» ընկերությունն է, որը բենզինի ամբողջ խմբաքանակը բաշխում է մի քանի ընկերությունների միջեւ»:
