«Ժողովուրդ». Ո՞ւմ սեփականությունն է դարձել Պուշկինի 2 հասցեի շենքը

«Երբեմն ուղղակի ապշել կարելի է, թե ՀՀ իշխանություններն ինչպես են հաջողեցնում աննկատ կերպով պետական ունեցվածքը «մեջ-մեջ անել»։ Օրինակ մի օր կարող է պարզվել, որ այս կամ այն շենքը (այդ թվում՝պատմամշակութային արժեք հանդիսացող) դարձել է մասնավոր սեփականություն։ Իսկ երբ հետաքրքրվում ենք, պարզվում Է՝ շենքը դեռևս տարիներ առաջ Էժան գներով վաճառվել է իշխանությունների հովանավորությունը վայելող այս կամ այն գործարարին։ Օրերս «Ժողովուրդ»–ը արձանագրեց, որ Սախարովի հրապարակում գտնվող Պուշկինի 2 հասցեի շենքի ճակատին գովազդային հսկայական պաստառ է փակցված։ Պատմամշակութային այս շենքը, որում տասնամյակներ շարունակ հրշեջ ջոկատն Էր տեղակայված, պարզվում Է՝ դեռևս 2009 թվականից տրվել Է «Լոկալ Դիվելոփըրզ» ՍՊԸ-ին։ Իհարկե, շենքը միանգամից չի տրվել այդ ընկերությանը։ Երևանի սրտում գտնվող պատմամշակութային շենքի դիմաց նշված ընկերությունը պարտավորվել Է հրշեջների համար նոր շենք կառուցել։ Շենքը կառուցվել Է Մյասնիկյան 1 հասցեում, և հրշեջներն Էլ տեղափոխվել են այնտեղ։ Իսկ ինչու Է ՀՀ կառավարությունն այդքան առատաձեռն գտնվել։ Այս հարցի պատասխանն ակնհայտ Է դառնում, երբ դիտարկում ենք, թե ովքեր են «Լոկալ Դիվելոփըրզ» ՍՊԸ-ի սեփականատերերը։ Նշված ընկերությունը պատկանում Է հայտնի Սամվել Մայրապետյանին և նրա կնոջը՝ Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի նախկին ռեկտոր Գոհար Քյալյանին։ Ինչպես հայտնի Է՝ Մայրապետյանը 2008-ից 2014 թվականը ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի և տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Արմեն Գևորգյանի սանիկն Է։»,–գրում է թերթը։
