Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի «խոսափողի» համբավ ունեցող «Sabah» թերթի լրագրող Ուղուր Յըլդըրըմն այցելել է Աղդամի (Ակնա) ռուս-թուրքական մշտադիտարկման կենտրոն և հոդված հրապարակել կենտրոնի գործունեության մասին, հայտնում է ermenihaber-ը։

Հոդվածի հեղինակը նախ հայտնում է, որ այդ կենտրոնում ծառայություն են իրականացնում 60 թուրք և նույնքան էլ ռուս զինծառայողներ, որոնք անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի (ԱԹՍ) միջոցով հետևում են շփման գծում տիրող վիճակին շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով։

Յըլդըրըմի տեղեկացմամբ՝ 4 հեկտար տարածք զբաղեցնող և 65 կոնտեյներից կազմված մոնիտորինգի կենտրոնը ցանկապատված է փշալարերով: Այնտեղ գնալու համար պետք է անցնել ադրբեջանցի զինվորների կողմից հսկվող անցակետերով, որոնք տեղակայված են ամեն 10 կիլոմետրի վրա: Կենտրոնի անվտանգությունը ևս պահպանվում է ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների կողմից: Կենտրոնի տարածքում կա փոքրիկ մզկիթ ու մատուռ, ինչպես նաև առօրյան կազմակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ այլ միջոցներ:

Նշվում է, որ ԱԹՍ-ներից ստացվող տեսանյութերը համադրվում են «տեղական աղբյուրներից» ստացվող տեղեկությունների հետ, ապա արձանագրվում է խախտումների առկայությունը կամ դրանց բացակայությունը:

«Մշտադիտարկման կենտրոնի նպատակն է վերահսկել հրադադարը, արձանագրել կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի խախտումները, ուսումնասիրել կողմերի բողոքներն ու բարձրաձայնած խնդիրները, միջոցներ ձեռնարկել խախտումները կանխարգելելու համար»,- եզրափակել է թուրք լրագրողը:
