Փորձագիտական վերլուծությունների համաձայն, տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ պայթյունավտանգ, խիստ անկանխատեսելի: Այս մասին ասվում է ԱԱԾ պահեստազորի սպաների միություն հասարակական կազմակերպության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։

«Փորձագիտական վերլուծությունների համաձայն, տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ պայթյունավտանգ, խիստ անկանխատեսելի: Ըստ տարածաշրջանային տերությունների ու խաղացողների, վիճակն այստեղ այսպիսին է`

Վրաստան: Վրաստանն արեւմտամետ, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամակցության ձգտող երկիր է. ընտրողների 77 տոկոսը 2008-ին արտահայտվել է հօգուտ այդ անդամակցության: Երկրի տնտեսությունն էապես կախված է թուրքական ու ադրբեջանական կապիտալից:

Թուրքիա, Ադրբեջան: Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը մեկ ազգ, երկու երկիր են: Թուրքիայի անմիջական ազդեցության շնորհիվ միայն Ադրբեջանը վերջին պատերազմում կարողացավ հաղթել Հայաստանին: Շուշիում Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ կնքված ռազմաքաղաքական պայմանագիրը նոր մակարդակի են հասցրել այս երկու երկրների փոխհամագործակցությունը:

Իրան: Վերջերս կայացած նախագահական ընտրություններում, որին մասնակցել է ընտրելու իրավունքն ունեցող բնակչության կեսից պակաս հատվածը, հաղթել է ուլտրակոնսերվատիվ քաղաքական գործիչ Ռեիսին, ով ԱՄՆ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի սանկցիոն ցուցակներում է: Ընտրությունների արդյունքում Իրանի քաղաքականությունը փաստացի մնում է նախկինը, իշխանության ջանքերը ուղղորդվելու են երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանմանը, սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությանը:

Ռուսաստան: Ռուսաստանը գերտերություն է, մեր ռազմաքաղաքական դաշնակիցը: Տարածաշրջանում այն զսպիչ գործոն է Թուրքիայի ծավալապաշտական նկրտումների համար:

Ի՞նչ կարել է սպասել Ռուսաստանից՝

-մոտ ժամանակներում զգալի թվով ռազմագերիների վերադարձ,

-5 տարով պաշտպանված կլինի Արցախի մնացած հատվածը,

-կորոշակիացվի Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ գոյություն ունեցող սահմանը, կապահովվի անվտանգությունը,

-կօգնի վերազինել հայկական բանակը:

Սակայն այս ամենը կրելու է ժամանակավոր բնույթ, խորապես կախված է լինելու աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներից, որոնցում ակնհայտորեն նկատվում է Ռուսաստանի հետքայլ, նահանջ: Ռուսաստանի վարած նման անհեռանկար քաղաքականության արդյունքում, գումարած Իրանի պասիվ պահվածքը, որ այս երկրների իրական շահերի, ինքնապաշտպանության բնազդի կորստի արտահայտություն է, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների վարած արտաքին քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանում ակնհայտորեն հանգեցնելու են ՆԱՏՕ-ական Թուրքիայի տեսքով ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի ազդեցության աննախադեպ ամրապնդմանը, գերիշխող դիրք հաստատելուն, որի հետեւանքով կարճ ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանը պարզապես դուրս կմղվի Արցախից ու Հայաստանից եւ առհասարակ Հարավային Կովկասից, իսկ Իրանն իր սահմանին, ի դեմս Հայաստանի, կունենա եւս մեկ ՆԱՏՕ-ական երկիր:

Նման զարգացումների արդյունքում ո՞րն է մեր անելիքը՝ երկրակենտրոն ուժերով ապավինել մեր երկու զորեղ սյուներին՝ Սփյուռքին ու հայ եկեղեցուն, ու այս եռամիասնությամբ դիմակայել ճակատագրի հերթական փորձությանը»։
