ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն նոր հայտարարություն է տարածել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԼեռնային Ղարաբաղի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Հաթերք գյուղում Մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի սպաները և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հատուկ նշանակության բժշկական ստորաբաժանման ռազմական բժիշկները կազմակերպել են մարդասիրական-բժշկական ակցիա: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն:
Գյուղի հիվանդանոցի մոտակայքում ռազմական բժիշկները տեղադրել են պնևմո-շրջանակային մոդուլ՝ դաշտային բժշկական կենտրոն ՝ ռուս ռազմական բժիշկների ժամանմանը սպասող տեղի բնակիչներին ընդունելու և որակյալ բժշկական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար:
«Մենք ունենք շուրջ 1600 մարդ, նրանց թվում` երեխաներ և տարեցներ: Չորս բժիշկ՝ երկու թերապևտ, երկու մանկաբույժ: Մենք, կարծես, գլուխ ենք հանում, բայց նեղ մասնագետների, հատկապես ակնաբույժի և քիթ-կոկորդ-ականջաբանի, ահռելի կարիք կա, պարզապես աղետալի պակաս կա», - ասել է Հաթերքի գյուղական շրջանային հիվանդանոցի ղեկավար Ալեք Մակյանը:
Հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանման բժիշկները խորհրդատվական և որակյալ բժշկական օգնություն են ցուցաբերել գյուղի շուրջ երկու հարյուր հիվանդ-բնակչի: Բացի այդ, բոլորը կարողացել են Covid-19-ի համար ՊՇՌ թեստ հանձնել:
«Հաթերք բնակավայրի բնակիչները դիմել են մարդասիրական օգնություն ստանալու խնդրանքով: Որոշվել է առաջ շարժվել մասնագետների կազմով՝ ակնաբույժ, քիթ-կոկորդ-ականջաբան, վնասվածքաբան, սրտաբան, այս բնակավայրի բնակիչներին մարդասիրական օգնություն, խորհրդատվական և բուժման հանձնարարականներ տրամադրելու համար»,-ասել է բժշկական ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար Մարատ Խատագովը:
Մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները, իրենց հերթին, ակցիա են անցկացրել` բազմանդամ ընտանիքներին, ներքին տեղահանված անձանց և կարիքավոր տեղական բնակիչներին բաժանելով սննդի փաթեթներ, առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր, տաք հագուստ և մանկական խաղալիքներ:
«Այսօր ակցիային մասնակցել է 61 ընտանիք, որոնցից 30-ը ներքին տեղահանված անձինք են, 20-ը մեծ ընտանիքներ` հինգ և ավելի երեխաներ, մնացած ընտանիքները հայտնվել են անբարենպաստ պայմաններում», - ասել է Մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչ Ռուսլան Իվանովը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մարդասիրական ակցիայի ընթացքում տեղափոխվել է յոթ ու կես տոննա բեռ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
