«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, պետական գերատեսչություններում ընտրություններից հետո մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, մյուսների համար անհասկանալի, պարգևատրումներ և այլ հավելավճարներ են ստանում՝ ցուցակներով: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հետաքրքիր «զուգադիպությամբ», խրախուսվում են այն աշխատակիցները, որոնք ակտիվորեն ներգրավված են եղել ՔՊԿ-ի նախընտրական շտաբերի աշխատանքներում: Պետական հիմնարկներում խոսում են, որ, ըստ էության, իշխող ուժը իր ակտիվիստներին, որոնք նաև այդ հիմնարկների աշխատակիցներ են, «շնորհակալություն» է հայտնում կամ պարզապես վարձատրում է՝ պետության հաշվին: Այս փաստը հարուցել է պետական համակարգի այլ աշխատակիցների վրդովմունքը:

Պետական հիմնարկներում դժգոհում են, թե այդ ո՞ր լավ աշխատանքի համար են պարգևատրվում այդ մարդիկ, նրանք հատուկ ոչինչ չեն արել այն գործառույթների շրջանակներում, որի պատասխանատուն կամ աշխատակիցն են, սակայն ոչ մի բացատրություն չեն ստանում: Այն դեպքերում, երբ հարցերը շատանում ու համառանում են, տրվում է կարճ ու կոնկրետ պատասխան՝ ձեր գործը չէ, այդպես է ասվել, ուրեմն այդպես է պետք: Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, այս գործընթացը համատարած է, ընդգրկում է պետական համակարգը ամբողջությամբ։ Ստացվում է՝ նրանց, ովքեր, օրինակ՝ հրաժարվել են ստիպողաբար մասնակցել Փաշինյանի հանրահավաքին, համատարած ազատում են աշխատանքից, իսկ ովքեր իրենց համար աշխատանք են տարել, պարգևատրում են պետության հաշվին։
