168.am-ը գրել էր, որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ երրորդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովին զորացրելու են, նրա պայմանագիրը չեն երկարացնում: Եվ, որ Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովից ազատվելը, ըստ էության, ադրբեջանափաշինյանական ծրագրի մաս է, որի հետևանքները դեռ տեսնելու ենք՝ Տավուշի տարածքների և 3-րդ բանակային կորպուսի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող դիրքերի կորստի տեսքով:

«Ադրբեջանական տելեգրամյան ալիքները հրճվանքով գրում են, որ ՀՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել չերկարացնել 3-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի պայմանագիրը, ով «տորպեդահարում էր Տավուշի հատվածում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանում դեմարկացիայի գործընթացը»:

Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն արդեն գտել է Խաչատուրովին փոխարինողին, 168.am-ի տեղեկություններով, 3-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարի պաշտոնում նրան կփոխարինի Ջերմուկի զորամասի հրամանատար, գնդապետ Գեղամ Մարտիրոսյանը:

Պատերազմի օրերին եղել է Քարվաճառում, զորամաս ղեկավարել, ավելի ուշ արժանացել «Մարտական խաչ» 1-ին աստիճանի շքանշանի:

Վերջերս Ջերմուկի հատվածում տեղակայված դիրքեր այցելած լրագրողական խմբի հետ զրույցում Գեղամ Մարտիրոսյանն ասել էր.

«Մենք՝ զինվորականներս, մեր խնդիրը համարում ենք կատարված կամ չկատարված՝ ելնելով մեզ առաջադրված մարտական խնդրի կատարման արդյունքից: Իսկ թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել քաղաքական որոշման արդյունքում՝ դա թող ասեն քաղաքական որոշում կայացնողները և քաղաքագետները: Ես կասեմ՝ նշված ուղղությամբ հաղթել է իմ զինվորը, միասնությունը: Ինձ պարզապես բախտ է վիճակվել այդ ժամանակահատվածում ղեկավարել այդ փառապանծ զորամասը և արժանանալ փառքի՝ որպես հաղթանակած հրամանատար: Քարվաճառում հաջողություններից մեկի պատճառն այն էր, որ անձնակազմի պաշտպանվածությունը հասցվել էր գրեթե 100 տոկոսի»:

168.am-ի հարցին, որ պատերազմի պարտությունը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փորձ է արվում բարդել բանակի վրա, արդյո՞ք բանակն է պարտվողը կամ նրանն է պարտության ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը, գնդապետ Գեղամ Մարտիրոսյանը սահմանափակվել էր՝ ասելով՝ պարտվել է ամբողջ հայ ազգը»,- գրում է կայքը:
