Արտակարգ իրավիճակ՝ Էջմիածնում. մի քանի օր է, կեղտաջրերը լցվում են մարդկանց տներ, իսկ «Վեոլիա Ջրից» պատասխանել են. «Վերջը լավ կլինի»

Տևական ժամանակ է, Էջմիածին քաղաքի մի քանի փողոցների, այդ թվում՝ Արարատյան փողոցի սեփական տների բնակիչներն առավոտը արթանալուց և գիշերը քնելուց հավաքում են «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության թեժ գծի հեռախոսահամարը։

Արդեն ասես «ավանդույթ» լինի. բնակիչներն առավոտյան սուրճի սեղանը դեռ չբացած ահազանգում են «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ու սպասում, թե նշված ընկերությունից երբ կբարեհաճեն աշխատակիցները, որպեսզի արդեն մի քանի տարի բնակիչների շնչին կույր աղիքի նման նստած դիտահորերից դուրս եկած կոյուղաջրերի դեմն առնելու խնդիը լուծվի։ 

Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն արդարացիորեն ասում էին. «Ամբողջ համակարգը խցանված է, բավական է, որ մի փոքր տեղից կանալիզացիան փակվի ու կեղտաջրերի մակարդակւ սկսում է բարձրանալ ու դիտահորերից մեկից սկսում է դուրս հոսել՝ լցվելով տները։ Կեղտաջրերը նույնիսկ դուրս են հոսում նույնիսկ խոհանոցի լվացարանի տակից, ողողում ողջ տան գույքը։ Էս պահին էլ լցված է մի քանի տներ ողողված են կանալիզացիայի ջրերով։ Մի քանի ամիս ահազանգելուց հետո եկել են, մի փոքր բացել, ջրի մակարդակը իջել է։ Հետո նորից նույն պատկերը կրկնվեց։ Վճարումները կանոնավոր կատարում ենք, ուշացումներ չեն լինում, բայց մեր ահազանգերին նույնիսկ արձագանքում են շատ ուշ»։ 

Երեկ ողջ գիշեր նորից մի քանի սեփական տների բնակիչներ մինչև առավոտ դարձել էին ջուր կրող. կեղտաջրերը լցվել էին ոչ միայն տների բակային հատվածները, այլև տան ներսը՝ խոհանոց, հյուրասենյակ, ննջասենյակ ու մինչև այս պահն էլ բնակիչներն իրենց ուժերով այս գարշահոտության պայմաններում՝ մեր ու մանուկ, ահել-ջահել կեղտաջրերն են հեռացնում տներից։ 

Բնակիչների երկար ահազանգերից հետո «Վեոլիա Ջրից» մի դարն ապրած ավտոմեքենայով 2 աշխատակիցներ են եկել ու մաքրել  դիտահորերը, սակայն բնակիչներին խոստովանել են, որ մեքենան անսարքություն ունեցավ. «Հեսա վերացնենք, սաղ դիտահորերը կմաքրենք»։
 
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում այդ աշխատանքները կատարող բանվորներից մեկը մեղադրում էր բնակիչներին, թե դիտահորերից ինչ ասես, հանել են՝ կտոր, տակդիրներ, ինչի պատճառով էլ խցանումներ են առաջանում. «Այս հարցը, որ արդեն մի քանի տարվա պատմություն ունի, վերջնական կլուծվի, եթե կապիտալ փոխվեն ջրահեռացման խողովակները։ Այս ամենը կառուցված է սովետական տարիներին, ինչը, եթե այն ժամանակ արդարացի է եղել, ապա հիմա պատկերն այլ է, և շենք-շինություններն են ավելացել, ինչի համար էլ խիստ անհրաժեշտություն է, որպեսզի «Վեոլիա Ջուրը», թե Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը սրտացավ մոտեցում ցուցաբերեն ու խնդիրը վերջնականապես լուծեն։ Իսկ լուծումը նոր, ավելի մեծ տրամագծով խողովակներ անցկացնելն է»։

Բնակիչներն ասում էին նաև, որ ցանկալի կլինի, որպեսզի իրենց ահազանգերին էլ օպերատիվ պատասխանեն, այլ ոչ թե շաբաթներ տևի, իսկ պատասխաններն էլ նույն «քոփի-փեյսթ» արած բառերն են՝ ձեր խնդրին տեղյակ ենք, մի բան կանենք»։
