Ինչ է «Սիբիրյան խոցը» և ինչպես է փոխանցվում մարդուն
SOCIETYՀայաստանում վերջին մի քանի օրում լայն տարածում է գտել «Սիբիրյան խոց» հիվանդությունը։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ՝ Առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանում հաստատվել էր «Սիբիրյան խոցով» վարակվելու 3 դեպք, իսկ ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Շիրակի մարզում գրանցվել է նույն հիվանդության ևս 7 դեպք։
Ի՞նչ է «Սիբիրյան խոցը»։ Այն վարակիչ հիվանդություն է, որի վարակի աղբյուրը խոշոր և մանր եղջերավորներն են։ Հիվանդ կենդանուց ստացված կաշին, մորթին, մազերը և դրանցից պատրաստված առարկաներն իրենցից երկարամյա համաճարակաբանական վտանգ են ներկայացնում: Մարդը մեծ մասամբ վարակվում է «Սիբիրյան խոցով» հիվանդ կենդանու հարկադիր մորթի ժամանակ, կենդանու միսը և մսամթերքը սննդում կիրառելիս, անկած կենդանիների դիերի, մորթու, կաշվի և այլնի հետ ուղղակի շփման հետևանքով, հիվանդ կենդանիներին խնամելիս:
Ախտանշաններ են՝ տենդ, պարանոցի և պարանոցային ավշային հանգույցների այտուց, ցավ կոկորդում, ցավոտ կլման ակտ, խռպոտություն, սրտխառնոց և փսխում, հատկապես՝ արյունային, դիարեա կամ արյունային լուծ, գլխացավ, որովայնի ցավ, ուշագնացություն, որովայնի (ստամոքսի) այտուց:
