Ամուսիններն ու նրանց որդին անչափահասին թրաֆիքինգի են ենթարկել, ծաղրել․ քրգործ է հարուցվել
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քրեագիտական վարչությունում՝ աշխատանքային թրաֆիքինգի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություններ կատարած անձանց ողջ շրջանակը:
Կատարված բազմակողմանի քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ամուսինները և նրանց 2003թ. ծնված որդին 2018թ. դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2019թ. հունիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարել են մարդու՝ հարկադիր աշխատանքի ձևով թրաֆիքինգ կամ շահագործում. իր արարքի բնույթն ու նշանակությունը մասամբ ղեկավարելու հնարավորությունից զրկված, արարքի կատարման պահին անչափահաս տարիքում գտնվող անձին դրել և պահել են շահագործման վիճակի մեջ, օգտագործելով վերջինիս վիճակի խոցելիությունը՝ խաբեության և վստահությունը չարաշահելու միջոցով շահագործել են նրան, չեն վճարել կատարված աշխատանքի դիմաց՝ նախնական բանավոր պայմանավորվածությամբ որոշված գումարը, պահել են նվաստացուցիչ և անմարդկային պայմաններում, իսկ մայրը և որդին վերջինիս նկատմամբ կյանքի և առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներով և դրա գործադրմամբ հարկադրել են աշխատել:
Բացի այդ, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից ձեռք են բերվել բավարար ապացույցներ այն մասին, որ 2018թ. ընտանիքի անչափահաս որդին և անասնաֆերմայում որպես կթվորուհի աշխատող մի կին անչափահաս տուժողին անասնաֆերմային կից տնակում դիտավորյալ կերպով պատճառել են հոգեկան տառապանք: Մասնավորապես՝ որդին տուժողին ստիպողաբար կերակրել է ուտելիքի մնացորդներ, իսկ անասնաֆերմայի կթվորուհին այդ ընթացքում, առանց պատճառի և առիթի, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածել է տուժողին, հայհոյել, որի ժամանակ ընտանիքի անչափահաս որդին տեսանկարահանել է այդ ամենը իր բջջային հեռախոսով և ծաղրանքի ենթարկել տուժողին:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ամուսիններին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 132.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 4 կետերով, նրանց անչափահաս որդուն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 132.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 4 կետերով և 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով, իսկ անասնաֆերմայի կթվորուհուն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով:
Մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատախազական հսկողություն և դատավարական ղեկավարում իրականացնող դատախազին:
