ՉԺՀ-ն հաջողությամբ հասել է բացարձակ աղքատության վերացման և միջին դասի հասարակության կառուցման հարյուրամյակի առաջին նպատակին: Այդ մասին հուլիսի 1-ին Չինաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության (ՉԿԿ) 100-ամյակի պատվին կայացած հանդիսավոր արարողության ժամանակ հայտարարել է Չինաստանի Կոմկուսի Կենտկոմի գլխավոր քարտուղար, ՉԺՀ-ի նախագահ Սի Ծինփինը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Մենք հասել ենք հարյուրամյակի առաջին նպատակին և բոլոր տեսակետներից միջին դասի հասարակություն ենք կառուցել Չինաստանում»,- ասել է նա Տյանանմենի հրապարակում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ:
«Դա նշանակում է, որ մենք լուծել ենք Չինաստանում բացարձակ աղքատության վերացման խնդիրը: Եվ այժմ մենք վստահ քայլերով գնում ենք դեպի հարյուրամյակի մեր երկրորդ նպատակը՝ Չինաստանի՝ մեծ, բոլոր առումներով արդի սոցիալիստական պետության վերածման նպատակը»,- նշել է պետւթյան ղեկավարը:
Չինական գաղափարախոսության համաձայն՝ «երկու հարյուրամյակների» նպատակներն են «սյաոկան» (միջին ունևորության) հասարակության կառուցումը 2021 թվականին Չինաստանի Կոմկուսի 100-ամյակի առթիվ, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանի վերածումն «ուժեղ, ժողովրդավարական, քաղաքակիրթ, ներդաշնակ և արդի սոցիալիստական պետության» 2049 թվականին ՉԺՀ-ի հիմնադրման հարյուրամյա տարեդարձի առթիվ:
Չինաստանի Կոմկուսը հիմնադրվել Է հեղափոխական շարժման վերելքի շրջանում՝ մարքսիզմ-լենինիզմի գաղափարների հիման վրա, դրա առաջին համագումարը տեղի է ունեցել ընդհատակում՝ 1921 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 5-ը:
Այն սկսվել է Շանհայում, իսկ ավարտվել Նանհու լճի վրա Ցզյասին քաղաքի շրջանում, ուր մասնակիցներն ստիպված էին տեղափոխվելու այն բանից հետո, երբ իշխանություններն իմացել էին միջոցառման անցկացման մասին:
Այդ հագուցային ժողովին ներկա է եղել 13 մարդ, որոնց թվում եղել Է Չինաստանի ապագա առաջնորդ Մաո Ցզեդունը (1893 – 1976) և Կոմինտերնի երկու օտարերկրացի ներկայացուցիչ: Պատգամավորներն այն ժամանակ որոշել են կուսացության պաշտոնական անվանումը և ընդունել դրա առաջին ծրագիրը:
