ՀՀ քաղաքացիերը հնարավորություն կստանան վարկային պատմության մեջ փոփոխություն իրականացնել ֆինանսական հաշտարարի միջոցով

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 18 ԴԵԿՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կունենան իրենց վարկային պատմության մեջ փոփոխություններ իրականացնել նաև ֆինանսական համակարգի հաշտարարին դիմելու եղանակով:

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկում է «Ֆինանսական համակարգի հաշտարարի մասին ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և կից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու հարցը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը նշեց, որ առաջարկվող փոփոխությունները հիմնականում վերաբերում են սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանությանը:

«Այս պահին վարկային պատմության մասով մեր քաղաքացիները չեն կարող դիմել ֆինանսական հաշտարարին, որի ծառայություններն անվճար են մեր քաղաքացիների համար: Մենք առաջարկում ենք մտցնել այս կարգավորումը, որ քաղաքացիները իրենց վարկային պատմությունը բողոքարկելու, փոփոխություներ կատարելու համար կարողանան դիմել ոչ միայն վարկային բյուրոյին, այլ նաև ֆինանսական հաշտարարին, որը իր որոշմամբ կարող է փոփոխություններ կատարել վարկային պատմության մեջ՝ ի շահ քաղաքացիների»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Երիցյա նը:

Նա հավելեց, որ առաջարկվող փոփոխություններով նաև բանկերին և վարկային կազմակերպություններին պարտադրվելու է ունենալ գործարար վարվելակերպի կանոններ: «Դրանք կլինեն հրապարակային, կսահմանվեն ընկերության կողմից հաճախորդների հետ աշխատելու ընդհանուր սկզբունքները: Եթե այդ կանոնները խախտվեն կազմակերպության կողմից, ինչը կհաստատվի արբիտրաժի կամ հաշտարարի կողմից, այդ դեպքում կազմակերպությունը կպարտավորվի հաճախորդին որպես տույժ վճարել 300 հազար դրամ»,- հավելեց ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալը:
