Լավրովը մեկնաբանել է Էրդողանի այցը Շուշի
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարները պայմանավորվել են շարունակել սերտորեն համակարգել ջանքերն ու աջակցությունը Երեւանին եւ Բաքվին` հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործնական հարցերը լուծելու համար` շեշտը դնելով վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցառումների վրա: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Անթալիայում իր թուրք գործընկեր Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
«Մեզ բավարարում է այն, թե ինչպես է գործում ռուս-թուրքական մոնիտորինգի կենտրոնը Ադրբեջանի Աղդամի շրջանում: Մտքեր փոխանակեցինք տեղում ստեղծված կոնկրետ իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ: Համոզված ենք, որ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության ապաշրջափակումը, Անդրկովկասում բազմակողմանի տնտեսական համագործակցություն խթանելու ջանքերը հարեւանների, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությամբ, կծառայեն դրա համապարփակ կայունացմանը»:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես է գնահատում Թուրքիայի դերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի կարգավորման գործընթացում եւ օկուպացված հայկական Շուշի քաղաք նախագահ Էրդողանի՝ վերջերս կատարած այցը, Լավրովը նշել է. «Ինչ վերաբերում է նախագահ Էրդողանի՝ Ադրբեջան կատարած այցին, ապա այն Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համատեքստում էր... Մենք այսօր պայմանավորվեցինք Չավուշօղլուի հետ, որ յուրաքանչյուրը, օգտագործելով իր հնարավորությունները, կնպաստի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հաշտեցմանը, հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, պայմաններ կստեղծի հայերի, ադրբեջանցիների եւ այլ ազգությունների մարդկանց համար կողք կողքի՝ որպես լավ հարեւաններ ապրելու համար: Եվ այդ դեպքում ցանկացած հարց, այդ թվում` քաղաքական բնույթի, շատ ավելի հեշտ կլինի լուծել»:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվայի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ փոխգործակցությունը մարմնավորվում է ոչ միայն կանոնավոր խորհրդակցություններում, քաղաքական դիրքորոշումների համաձայնեցման մեջ, այլ նաեւ ռուս-թուրքական մոնիտորինգի կենտրոնի գործունեության մեջ, որն ապահովում է հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը: «Այն հաջողությամբ գործում է՝ ամրապնդելով մեր փոխգործակցությունն այս իրավիճակում... Եվս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ մեր համագործակցության լրացուցիչ ոլորտներից է նաեւ տարածաշրջանում առեւտրատնտեսական, տրանսպորտային կապերի վերականգնումը: Մեր կողմից աջակցություն է վայելում Էրդողանի եւ Ալիեւի` տարածաշրջանի զարգացումը խթանող «երեք+երեք» մեխանիզմ ստեղծելու առաջարկը: Անդրկովկասի երեք երկրները եւ երեք հարեւանները՝ Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան եւ Իրանը: Այսօր նույնպես խոսեցինք այդ մասին եւ ունենք լավ ծրագրեր: Այնպես որ, մեկ անգամ եւս կրկնում եմ՝ մենք բավարարված ենք հայ-ադրբեջանական եւ Ղարաբաղյան հարցով սերտ եւ արդյունավետ համագործակցությամբ», - նշել է Լավրովը:
