Ադրբեջանցի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան կեղտոտ նախապայման դրեց մեր գերիների վերադարձի համար. Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը մանրամասներ հայտնեց
POLITICSԵս մեկ շաբաթ Ստրասբուրգում էի: Իմ հիմնական օրակարգը հայ ռազմագերիների հարցն էր, որովհետև ես ծնողներին խոստացել էի ինձանից կախված անել առավելագույնը տղաների վերադարձի համար: Այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Զոհրաբյանը նշեց, որ ինքն ու ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը նույն քաղաքական խմբում են՝ Եվրոպական ռեֆորմիստների ու ժողովրդավարների. «Նիստից հետո ես մոտ 40 րոպե առանձնազրույց եմ ունեցել ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության ղեկավարի հետ: Իմ բոլոր արգումետները, որ մեր տղաները ռազմագերիներ են, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտում է միջազգային իրավունքը, Ժնևի երրորդ կոնվենցիան, թքած ունի նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրած եռակողմ հայտարարության վրա, որի 8-րդ կետը հստակ արձանագրում է՝ կրակի դադարեցումից հետո կողմերն առանց որևէ նախապայմանի պետք է կատարեն գերիների, ռազմագերիների, գերեվարված անձանց ու դիակների փոխանակությունը:
Ես ասել եմ, որ մենք որևէ ռազմագերի չունենք, վերադարձրել ենք նաև 90-ականների պատերազմից մնացած ադրբեջանցիների ոսկորները: Մենք նրանց վերադարձրեցինք մարդասպաններ Գուլիևին ու Ասկերովին, որոնց հանցագործությունը հաստատված էր:
Նա ինձ պատասխանեց, որ Ադրբեջանում ռազմագերի չկան, նրանք ահաբեկիչներ են ու նման անհեթեթություններ: Նա ասաց, որ մենք իրենց խաբել ենք՝ տրամադրված քարտեզների 50 տոկոսը ֆեյք են:
Նա շատ կեղտոտ նախապայման դրեց, որ փոխանցեմ ՀՀ իշխանություններին: Նա ասաց, որ պատրաստ են քննարկել մեր ռազմագերիների վերադարձի հարցը, եթե Հայաստանը համաձայնի ստորագրել խաղաղության համաձայնագիր՝ ճանաչելով Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, որի մեջ ներառվելու է Արցախի 75 տոկոսը:
Ասաց, որ այդ դեպքում իրենք պատրաստ են որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում քննարկել մեր տղաների վերադարձը: Իսկ մինչ այդ, մենք ռազմագերիների մասին պետք է մոռանանք:
