Նախորդ մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում, մեր երկիրը ապրում էր հիմնականում ընտրություններով, սակայն ամբողջ այդ ընթացքում Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի նոր առաջացած սահմանագծում պահպանվում էր լարված վիճակը, մեր զինված ուժերն էլ փորձում էին, թեև ուշացումով, տարբեր հատվածներում ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ կատարել՝ բարձրացնելու սահմանների պաշտպանվածությունը։

Նույն ժամանակում, մեր "ԱրԱր" հիմնադրամը ևս ոչ մի օր չի կանգնել, և կրկնակի ինտենսիվությամբ շարունակել է իրականացնել իր ծրագրերը՝ աջակցելու մեր զինված ուժերին։ Առաջիկայում մենք հաջորդաբար կպատմենք մեր կողմից իրականացվող տարբեր ծրագրերի մասին, որքանով որ թույլ է տալիս դրանց գաղտնիությունը։ Այսօր պատիվ ունենք ներկայացնել դրանցից մեկը՝ Սյունիքի նոր առաջացած սահմանագծում մեր հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ կառուցված ժամանակակից անվտանգ բունկեր, որը հանդիսանում է թե կացարան, և թե ապահով աշխատասենյակ մեր զինծառայողների համար։ Մեր նպատակն է, որպեսզի մեր բոլոր զինծառայողները ծառայեն հնարավորինս անվտանգ պայմաններում, և կարողանան առավելագույնս արդյունավետ իրականացնել իրենց մարտական գործառույթները, և այս հարմարավետ բունկերը դրա կարևոր տարրերից մեկն է։
