Սա շատ տարածված սանրվածք է` զանգվածեղ, մի փոքր անփույթ և այնքան համընդհանուր: Պատրաստման եղանակը. փաթաթեք ձեր մազերը` բարձր պոչով, այնուհետև պտտեք այն իր հիմքի շուրջ, և գեղեցիկ փունջ հավաքեք: Ամրացրեք սանրվածքը գամասեղներով` հնարավորինս մոտ գլքի մաշկին: Որպեսզի փունջը երկար պահպանվի, պատեք ամրացնող ցողով:
