Լավրովը ՄԱԿ-ի Գերագույն հանձնակատարի հետ քննարկել է փախստականների վերադարձը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ
POLITICSՌուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը երկուշաբթի օրը հանդիպել է ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպո Գրանդիի հետ, կողմերը քննարկել են փախստականների վերադարձը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Զրույցի ընթացքում մտքերի մանրակրկիտ փոխանակություն է տեղի ունեցել` աշխարհում փախստականների, ներքին տեղահանված անձանց և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ, այդ թվում` հաշվի առնելով COVID-19 համաճարակը, ինչպես նաև մեր երկրի հետ ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի (ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ) փոխգործակցության տարբեր ասպեկտները, - ասված է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հաղորդագրության մեջ: - Դիտարկվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ և հարակից շրջաններ փախստականների ու ժամանակավոր տեղահանվածների վերադարձի խնդիրները` համաձայն Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի` հրադադարի և հակամարտության գոտում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին հայտարարության»:
Նախարարը ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցչի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է այն փաստի վրա, որ անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը սիրիացի փախստականներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու համար, որոնք կարող են մեծ ներդրում ունենալ հետպատերազմյան երկրի վերականգնման գործում: Նաև, Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական ծառայության ղեկավարը մտահոգություն հայտնեց Բալթյան երկրներում քաղաքացիություն չունեցող ֆենոմենի վերաբերյալ:
«Քննարկվել են ՄԱԿ ՓԳՀ-ի գործունեությունը Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արևելքում ներքին զինված հակամարտության արդյունքում իրենց տները լքող փախստականներին և տեղահանվածներին օգնելու ծրագրերի իրականացման ուղղությամբ», - եզրափակել է դիվանագիտական գործակալությունը:
Միգրացիան, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված միջոցառումները մեր երկիրը լուծել փախստականների և ապաստան հայցողների իրավական կարգավիճակը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:
