«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը ամփոփեց ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքները: Ըստ այդմ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը կունենա 71 մանդատ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքը՝ 29, «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքը՝ 7 մանդատ: Ի թիվս բազմաթիվ այլ գործոնների, ուշագրավ է, որ երեք տարվա ընդմիջումից հետո խորհրդարան են վերադառնում ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն: Ճիշտ է, կարծիք կա, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մանդատները շատ չեն վճռորոշ հարցերում ազդեցություն ունենալու համար, սակայն, փորձագետների համոզմամբ, կան բավարար գործիքներ արդյունավետ գործունեություն ծավալելու համար:

Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, արտաքին քաղաքականության հարթակում բավականին ակտիվ է լինելու ՀՀԿ-ն՝ փորձելով դառնալ յուրատեսակ հավասարակշռող գործոն՝ թե՛ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խորացման, թե՛ Արևմուտքի հետ կապերի ապահովման տեսակետից:

Իհարկե, 4 մանդատը (դաշինքի համար՝ 7) բավարար չէ, սակայն եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ, լինելով արտախորհրդարանական ընդդիմություն, ՀՀԿ-ն, կարելի է ասել, ամենաակտիվն էր այս դաշտում, ապա խորհրդարանական կարգավիճակը թույլ կտա կուսակցության արտաքին կապերը, մտավոր ներուժն ու փորձը ավելի ակտիվ օգտագործել, Հայաստանի շահերին ծառայեցնել և արտաքին քաղաքականությունն ավելի հարուստ ու բազմազան դարձնել: Սա կարևորվում է նաև այն տեսակետից, որ անցած երեք տարում Հայաստանի հատկապես խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության ՕԳԳ-ն գրեթե զրոյական է եղել:
