Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում հրազենով սպառնացել են Սյունիքի Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչներին, պահանջել, որ այդ տարածքներ այլևս չգնան․ ՄԻՊ-ը մանրամասներ է հայտնում

Երեկ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի մեջ հրազենով սպառնացել են Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչներին և թույլ չեն տվել հավաքել հնձած խոտը:

Մասնավորապես, 2021թ. հունիսի 26-ին Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչները գնացել են սեփականության իրավունքով իրենց պատկանող հողատարածք, որպեսզի հավաքեն հունիսի 23-ին և 24-ին իրենց իսկ հնձած խոտը:

Երբ գտնվել են ադրբեջանական դիրքից մոտ 300 մետր հեռավորության վրա՝ Տեղ համայնքի վարչական տարածքի մեջ, նկատել են, որ ադրբեջանական 5 զինված ծառայող ագրեսիվ պահվածքով և գոռգոռալով մոտենում են իրենց:

Մոտ 150 մետր մոտենալով՝ նրանք դեպի գյուղացիներն են ուղղել զենքերը և սկսել են սպառնալ, գոռգոռալ ու թույլ չեն տվել հավաքել խոտը: Նրանցից երկուսն առավել ագրեսիվ պահվածքով են եղել ու գյուղացիներից պահանջել են, որ այդ տարածքներ այլևս ընդհանրապես չգան և չփորձեն օգտվել հողերից:

Միջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել Անդրուն քարեր կոչվող վայրում, որը գտնվում է Տեղ, Արավուս և Խնածախ գյուղերի հատման կետում: Այդ վայրի հողատարածքներից օգտվում են նշված երեք գյուղի բնակիչները:

Այդտեղ առկա են ինչպես մարդկանց մասնավոր սեփականության իրավունքով, այնպես էլ համայնքներին պատկանող հողամասեր: Այստեղ առկա են նաև արոտավայրեր, որոնք օգտագործում են նշված երեք գյուղերի բնակիչները՝ իրենց եղջերավոր կենդանիներին արածեցնելու համար:

Գյուղացիները կարողացել են խոտը հավաքել  միայն այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին, երբ այդ վայր են գնացել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի 1-ին բանակային կորպուսի ղեկավար կազմը, Տեղի ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ղեկավարները:

Այս տեղեկությունները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ներկայացրել են գյուղերի բնակիչները, այդ թվում՝ խոտ հավաքելու գնացած գյուղացիները, ինչպես նաև Տեղ խոշորացված վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը: Բոլոր տեղեկությունները Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը ստուգել է:

ՀՀ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս հանցավոր արարքը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում:

Ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների նման բացահայտ հանցավոր արարքներն ուղղված են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին կյանքի և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելուն: Այս ամենը պետք է դիտել շարունակվող դիտավորության մեջ, քանի որ նույնատիպ արարքներ (հովիվներին սպառնալիքներ, կենդանիների գողություններ և այլն) նրանք պարբերաբար են կատարում թե՛ Գեղարքունիքի, թե՛ Սյունիքի գյուղերի բնակիչների նկատմամբ:

Այս դեպքը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հանցավոր արարքներից ՀՀ բնակչության պաշտպանությունը բացարձակ հրատապությամբ պահանջում է անվտանգության գոտու առկայություն:
