Արդյո՞ք հայկական կողմը միակողմանի է հետ քաշելու զորքը
POLITICS«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Օրերս ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, թե պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանով՝ պատերազմի ընթացքը, հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովն արդեն ստեղծված է, և, որ այն ակտիվ աշխատում է:
168.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հանձնաժողովում միայն ԳՇ-ից են:
Դեռևս գարնանը ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Օնիկ Գասպարյանի ղեկավարած ԳՇ-ին վստահել, պատվիրել են արցախյան պատերազմի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ վերլուծություն-զեկույցի մշակում, որը պիտի ներկայացվեր մարտ ամսին՝ ԱԽ նիստում, սակայն այդպես էլ չներկայացվեց ո՛չ մարտին, ո՛չ ապրիլին, ո՛չ էլ մայիսին:
Գեներալ Գասպարյանը, ի դեպ, 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում հերքել էր ԱԽ-ից վերլուծություն կատարելու «պատվեր» ստանալու փաստը:
«Իրենք չեն պատվիրել, ես եմ ներկայացրել, որ մանրակրկիտ վերլուծություն է նախապատրաստվում ԳՇ-ում»,- շեշտել էր Օ․Գասպարյանը:
Եվ քանի որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանն այլևս ԳՇ ղեկավարը չէր, այն, ըստ էության, ԱԽ նիստում պիտի ներկայացներ ԳՇ գործող պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը:
Ավելի ուշ 168.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Դավթյանը ինչ-ինչ սրբագրումներ և հավելումներ է պատրաստվում անել Գասպարյանի թողած պատերազմական վերլուծության մեջ:
Չնայած մեր հարցադրումներին, ԳՇ-ից չհաջողվեց պարզել՝ արդյո՞ք արդեն սկսված վերլուծությունն ամփոփվել է, թե՞ ՊՆ հրամանով ստեղծված և միայն ԳՇ պաշտոնյաներից բաղկացած հանձնաժողովում դեռ աշխատում են և փորձում ավարտին հասցնել այն:
Նշենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից ազատվել են ՀՀ ԶՈւ ՀՕՊ և ինժեներական զորքերի պետերը: Թե ինչ պատճառով են ազատվել նրանք՝ պարզ չէ, մյուս կողմից՝ սպասելի է, որ փետրվարին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջի տակ ստորագրած գեներալներից փորձելու են աստիճանաբար անաղմուկ ազատվել:
Վերևում նշված այս և այլ հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալուց հետո կհրապարակենք դրանք, այդ թվում՝ արդյոք հայկական կողմը միակողմանի՞ է հետ քաշելու զորքը, թե՞, ինչպես խոստանում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այն է՝ երկու կողմերը հայելային տարբերակով հետ են քաշում զորքերը, քանի որ օրեր առաջ ԳՇ պետը հայտարարել էր, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ռուս սահմանապահներ են տեղակայվել»
