Ծանոթացանք ՀՔԾ-ի իբր պարզաբանմանը: Դրա վերաբերյալ կոչ ենք անում ՀՔԾ-ին` այլևս երբեք մամուլի քարտուղարին չդիտարկել քրեադատավարական սուբյեկտ, ով զեկուցագրեր ա կազմում ու դա դրվում ա քրեական գործ հարուցելու հիմքում:
