BLOG«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Վերջին շրջանում Արցախում ակտիվ քննարկման հարց է դարձել ադրբեջանցիների՝ արցախցիներին արվող հեռախոսազանգերը, որով վերջիններս առաջարկում են վաճառել իրենց բնակարանները:
Այս հարցին, երեկ անդրադարձել էր մեր գործընկեր Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը, ով փոխանցում էր արցախցիների շրջանում եղած անհանգստությունները:
Ադրբեջանցիների փոխանցած հիմնական միտքն այն է, որ ցանկացած պարագայում Արցախը հանձնվելու է, իսկ մենք առաջարկում ենք վաճառել ձեր բնակարանները:
Երեկվանից Արցախում ապրող ծանոթներիս եմ գրում, փորձում հասկանալ, թե խոսքը մեկ-երկու զանգի մասին է, թե այն առավել զանգվածային բնույթ է կրում:
Դեռ չեմ ցանկանում գնահատականներ հնչեցնել, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանցիների զանգերը մեկ-երկու տասնյակով չեն սահմանափակվում:
Այստեղ իրականում երկու հիմնական խնդիր կա: Առաջինը, ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը հոգեբանական տոտալ գրոհ է սկսել արցախցիների նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով վախի մթնոլորտի դոզայի բարձրացմամբ արագացնել Արցախի հայաթափումը:
Երկրորդ, «սատանայական գործարք» է առաջարկում մարդկանց, փորձելով Արցախի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը ապահովել այդ ճանապարհով:
Ցավոք, սպասելի գործընթացներ են և առաջիկայում նմանատիպ գործիքների կիրառումն առավել համատարած բնույթ է կրելու:
Այս ամենն առավել ողբերգական է դառնում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ գործընթացից դուրս գալու և Արցախի էջը վերջնականորեն փակելու ֆոնին:
Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները երես են թեքել այս հարցից, արցախցիներից քաղաքական, հասարակական դաշտը, առհասարակ, բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր գիտակցում են պահի լրջությունը, պետք է թիկունք կանգնեն մեր հայրենիքի արցախյան հատվածում ապրող հայությանը՝ ով, ինչպես կարող է:
Պետք է կանգնել արցախցիների կողքին, սատարել ինչով որ հնարավոր է: Միաժամանակ պետք է հիշել, որ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի հավակնություններն Արցախով չեն սահմանափակվելու և Արցախի հարցով ցանկացած զիջում նոր ճանապարհ է բացելու ՀՀ տարածքի կորոստների համար»:
