Խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններն ի թիվս այլ հանգամանքների, ապացուցեցին նաև նոր առաջնորդների, բանիմաց անձանց, թարմ գաղափարների անհրաժեշտությունը։ Երեսուն տարի շարունակ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին տեսել և զգացել է քաղաքականության մեջ և այլ ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալողների անձնային և մասնագիտական որակները, որոշներից հասցրել հիմնավորապես զզվել, շատերի հետ էլ ընդհանրապես հույսեր չի կապում։ Այս պարագայում կարևորագույն պահանջ է դառնում տարբեր ոլորտներում իրազեկ և պատրաստված անձանց մուտքը քաղաքականություն։ Հատկապես այսօր, երբ վերարտադրված իշխանության դիրքերն ամենևին էլ ամուր չեն, իսկ մարտահրավերները սպառնում են կարճ ժամանակ անց կրկին ցնցումներ բերել երկրին։

Եթե քաղաքական դաշտում և փորձագիտական ոլորտում երիտասարդ կադրերի պակաս չի զգացվում, ապա տնտեսության, տնտեսական պլանավորման ոլորտում նման մասնագետների թիվն իսկապես աղետալի քիչ է, շատերն էլ չեն ցանկանում իրենց կարիերան փոխարինել քաղաքականությամբ։ Եզակի տնտեսագետներ են այս ընթացքում հանրությանը տեղեկացրել երկրի առջև ծառացած լուրջ մարտահրավերների մասին, ահազանգել իշխանության տնտեսական ապիկար քաղաքականության մասին։

Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանն այդ եզակիներից է։ Դեռ պատերազմում կրած խայտառակ պարտությունից առաջ էլ նա մանրամասն ներկայացնում էր, թե ուր է տանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության վարած տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը, նախանշում աղետից խուսափելու ուղիները, կետ առ կետ բացատրում վարչապետի, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի կեղծ հայտարարությունները։ Հայաստանն այսօր չափազանց կարճ ժամանակ ունի, հարկավոր է ջանքեր գործադրել նոր արհավիրքից խուսափելու համար։ Եվ անհրաժեշտ են մարդիկ, որոնք հասկանում են երկարաժամկետ պլանավորման, տնտեսությունը ուշքի բերելու մեթոդներին։ Հանրությանը քաղաքական, տնտեսական, մշակութային ոլորտների իրատեսական տեսալականներ են հարկավոր։ Յուրաքանչյուր լավ մասնագետ պետք է իր ավանդը ներդնի՝ ուժերի ներածին չափով։ Հին ընդդիմությունն էլ պիտի շարժվի ոչ թե անձնական հավակնություններով, այլ իր տեղը զիջի երիտասարդ և բանիմաց անձանց՝ այլ կերպ ասած, նաիրիսարգսյաններին, որոնք նոր գաղափարներով և բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ այլընտրանք կդառնան Փաշինյանի ու փաշինյանականների համար։
