ՀԷՑ-ի արձագանքը՝ ի պատասխան «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության հաղորդագրության

«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը տեղեկացնում է.
Ի պատասխան «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ կողմից տարածված հերթական հաղորդագրության, որում նշված է, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի լարման տատանումների պատճառով ընդհատումներ են առաջացել ջրամատակարարման համակարգի մի շարք պոմպակայանների աշխատանքում, հարկ ենք համարում նշել հետևյալը.
ըստ Տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի միջազգային ստանդարտի (ГОСТ 32144-2013), էլեկտրաէներգիայի լարման դրական/բացասական շեղումները չպետք է գերազանցեն 10 %-ը: «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը, որպես «Շոր-շոր» աղբյուրի պոմպակայանում պոմպի աշխատանքի անջատման պատճառ, նշում է լարման նվազումը՝ 6000 վ-ի փոխարեն՝ 5484 վ, ավելացնում նաեւ, որ 4 պոմպի փոխարեն աշխատում է 1-ը: Առաջինը՝ տվյալ դեպքում առկա է նորմատիվային, թույլատրելի շեղում, և երկրորդը՝ եթե մեկ պոմպը աշխատում է, ապա կարող են աշխատել նաև մնացած 3-ը: Լարման շեղման արդյունքում պոմպերը կա՛մ միանում են, կա՛մ ոչ, և պոմպերի քանակն այստեղ նշանակություն չունի: Նույնը կարելի է ասել հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված մյուս օրինակների մասին:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության կողմից էլեկտրամատակարարման լարման շեղումների մասին 15 օրվա կտրվածքով բողոքին, խնդրում ենք նկատի ունենալ, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը էլեկտրաէներգիա է մատակարարում Հայաստանում գործող բազմաթիվ արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունների, ոռոգման, ջրամատակարարման այլ ընկերությունների, որոնցից այս օրերին լարման շեղման վերաբերյալ որեւէ բողոք չի ստացել: Ավելին, մեր Ընկերության մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, երեկ զանգահարելով «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության բաժանորդների սպասարկման տեղեկատվական կենտրոն՝ ճշտելու, թե որն է իրենց հասցեների ջրազրկման պատճառը, եւ պատասխան ստանալով, որ պատճառը լարման շեղումներն են, հնարավորություն են ունեցել չափելու լարումը և համոզվել են, որ շեղում չկա:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ է աջակցել և մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությանը պոմպակայանների բնականոն աշխատանքի վերականգնման համար:
