ՎՏԲ բանկ (ԲԲԸ) բաժնետերերի տարեկան ժողովը հաստատեց ՎՏԲ - Հայաստան դուստր բանկի Խորհրդի նոր կազմը: Խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվեցին Արթուր Յուրիի Ջավադյանը և Միխայիլ Վյաչեսլավի Զայցեվը: Միանձնյա բաժնետիրոջ 2021թ․ ապրիլի 30-ի N1/2021 որոշումը հրապարակվել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի պաշտոնական կայքում:

Արթուր Յուրիի Ջավադյանը հանդիսանում է հատուկ հանձնարարություններով ՀՀ դեսպան, 2012-2020թթ․ ընթացքում՝ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ: Միխայիլ Վյաչեսլավի Զայցևը զբաղեցնում է միջին և փոքր կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի ֆինանսական տնօրենի-ՎՏԲ բանկի ավագ փոխնախագահի պաշտոնը:

Ներկայումս ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկված են նաև.  

  • Սերգեյ Վլադիմիրի Ստեպանով՝ ՎՏԲ Բանկի դուստր բանկերի կոորդինացման ծառայության ղեկավար,
  • Իլնար Իլշատի Շայմարդանով՝ փոխնախագահ, ՎՏԲ Խմբի դուստր ընկերություններում մանրածախ բիզնեսի զարգացման վարչության ղեկավար,
  • Ալեքսանդր Բորիսի Տեր-Ավանեսով՝ ՎՏԲ բանկ (ԲԲԸ) նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի – Վարչության նախագահի խորհրդական, Բանկի ավագ փոխնախագահ:

Բացի այդ, հերթական ժամկետով (2 տարի) երկարաձգվել են ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Տնօրինության նախագահի և անդամների աշխատանքային պայմանագրերը․ 

  • Իվան Գավրիիլի Տելեգին՝ Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ,
  • Սոֆյա Արայի Մաճկալյան՝ Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ,
  • Վերոնիկա Արամի Կարապետյան՝ Ռիսկերի դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն,
  • Արա Ռուդոլֆի Ավագյան՝ Կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն,
  • Վահագն Վոլոդյայի Դուրգարյան՝ Գլխավոր հաշվապահ:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը վերահսկվում է ՀՀ ԿԲ կողմից:

«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն դարձավ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի անդամ 2004թ․ ապրիլին:

Ներկայումս Ռուսաստանում՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ ՎՏԲ Բանկին են պատկանում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի 100% բաժնետոմսերը: ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ավանդաբար հիմնական ցուցանիշներով զբաղեցնում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատար դիրքեր: ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջատարն է մասնաճյուղային ցանցի մեծությամբ՝ 73 մասնաճյուղեր, ինչպես մայրաքաղաքում, այնպես էլ երկրի բոլոր մարզերում։
