Ադրբեջանը առաջիկա 5 տարում Թուրքիայի հետ միասին կինտեգրվի ԵՏՄ-ին

«Ժամանակ» թերթը զրուցել է ռուս քաղաքագետ, Քաղաքական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, Պետդումայի նախկին պատգամավոր եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի վստահված անձ Սերգեյ Մարկովը։
Պարոն Մարկով, Ռիգայի գագաթնաժողովից անմիջապես հետո Ադրբեջանիարտաքին գործերի նախարար Մամեդյարովը շտապեց Մոսկվա, որտեղ եւ ՌԴարտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հայտարարեց,թե Ադրբեջանը կմտածի ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու մասին Ղարաբաղյանհակամարտության կարգավորումից հետո: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ ՄոսկվանՂարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ քայլեր կձեռնարկի՞,որպեսզի Ադրբեջանին եւս ինտեգրի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը:
Դժվար թե Ռուսաստանը զբաղվի Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցով միայն նրա համար, որ որեւէ երկիր դառնա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ: Ռուսաստանն օգնում է ադրբեջանցի եւ հայ ժողովուրդներին աստիճանաբար փոխզիջման հասնելու այդ հարցով եւ նաեւ օգնում է, որ իրավիճակը չհասնի այն աստիճանի, որ լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմական գործողությունները վերսկսվեն։ Այդ օգնությունը Ռուսաստանը ցույց է տալիս՝ ելնելով նաեւ իր հետաքրքրություններից, որպեսզի սահմաններին հակամարտություն չլինի։ Մենք հայ եւ ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդներին դիտարկում ենք որպես մեզ եղբայր ժողովուրդներ եւ խորապես ցավում ենք այն հակամարտության համար, որը ծագել է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ Ղարաբաղի պատճառով: Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորումն իր տրամաբանությունն ունի եւ ոչ մի կերպ կապված չէ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ։
Միեւնույն ժամանակ պետք է հասկանալ, որ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության կառուցվածքն այնպիսին է, որ այդ երկիրը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն ընդգրկվելու մեծ պահանջարկ չունի։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր արտադրանքները նավթն ու գազն են, որը չի պահանջում, որ երկիրն ինչ-որ միության մեջ ընդգրկվի։
Ինձ ավելի հեշտ է պատկերացնել, որ Թուրքիան կմոտենա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, եւ կարծում եմ, որ ավելի ռեալ է, որ Ադրբեջանը ԵՏՄ անդամ դառնա Թուրքիայի հետ։ Դա շատ ուշ չի լինի, կարծում եմ՝ մոտավորապես 5 տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը եւ Թուրքիան կդառնան ԵՏՄ անդամ: Իհարկե, այստեղ մեծ կապ կա նաեւ ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի եւ այդ հրեշավոր պատերազմի ավարտի հետ: Քանի դեռ այս հակամարտությունը արեւմտյան երկրների հետ շարունակվում է՝ բոլոր երկրները նախընտրում են քիչ թե շատ զգուշավոր լինել»:
