Խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո ինտենսիվ շարունակություն է ստանում հանրության տարբեր շերտերի որակումներ տալը: Իրականում ի՞նչ ցույց տվեցին այս ընտրությունները: Նախ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «հաջողեց» լուծել իր համար ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկը. նա կապիտուլ յացիայի, հազարավոր զոհերի, կորսված տարածքների իր, բացառապես իր մեղավորությունը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների 20-25 տոկոսի միջոցով «54 տոկոս» փաթեթավորմամբ բարդեց «ժողովրդի» վրա: Ինչո՞ւ 20-25 տոկոս:

Որովհետև ընտրություններին մասնակցել է ընտրության իրավունք ունեցողների մոտ 50 տոկոսը, իսկ նշյալ «54 տոկոսը» հենց այդ հիսուն տոկոսից է: Եթե դրան գումարում ենք, որ այս ընտրություններն արդեն որակվել են որպես Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ ամենավիճահարույցը, ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր իշխանությունը պահել է մեր քաղաքացիների մոտ 20-25 տոկոսի քվեով: Այդուամենայնիվ, անկախ վերը նշված հանգամանքներից, ուզենք թե չուզենք, պետք է արձանագրել, որ, նույնիսկ հավանական ընտրախախտումները չհաշված, մոտ 500-600 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացի քվեարկել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ կոնկրետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգտին, անկախ նրանից՝ դա արել են ստիպված, հարկադրված, թե ի սրտե:

Այսինքն, այդ մարդիկ պատրաստ էին Փաշինյանի հետ կիսել խայտառակ պարտության, հազարավոր զոհերի, հայրենիքի մի մեծ հատվածի կորստի, անվտանգության խարխլման մեղքն ու պատասխանատվությունը: Եվ նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում հանրությանը որակումներ տալը լավագույն ճանապարհը չէ: Ու դա վերաբերում է բոլոր կողմերին: Մենք այլ ժողովուրդ չունենք, լավ թե վատ, սա մենք ենք՝ տարբեր շերտերով, մտավոր տարբեր ունակություններով, տարբեր պատկերացումներով, իրականության տարբեր ընկալումներով: Պարզապես հարկավոր է եզրակացություններ անել ու ճիշտ աշխատել հանրության հետ՝ նրա մի հատվածին «նիկոլիզմի» մակարդակից փրկելու համար:
