Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն, ով վերջին շրջանում խոսում է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու մասին, հերթական անգամ հակահայկական հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել, հաղորդում է Ermenihaber-ը:

Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի շրջանակներում երիտասարդների հետ հանդիպած Չավուշօղլուն պատմել է, թե ինչու և ինչպես է դարձել դիվանագետ։ Ըստ պատմածի՝ դիվանագետի մասնագիտությունը նա ընտրել է՝ ի հեճուկս հայկական կազմակերպության, որը աշխարհի տարբեր վայրերում ոչնչացնում է թուրք դիվանագետներին։ Չավուշօղլուն ակնհայտորեն ակնարկել է ASALA-ի վրեժխնդրական գործողությունների մասին, որոնք միտված էին Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի միջազգայնացմանը:

«Երբ սովորում էի վարժարանում, հայկական ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը հարձակումներ էր գործում մեր դիվանագետների վրա, զոհեր էինք տալիս: Ես էլ, ի հեճուկս նրանց, որոշեցի դառնալ դիվանագետ և սկսեցի սովորել միջազգային հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետում»,- պատմել է Չավուշօղլուն։

Նա, սակայն, ոչ մի բառ չի խոսել ASALA-ի գործողությունների դրդապատճառների, Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցում Անկարայի ժխտողական քաղաքականության մասին։ Պարզապես հերթական անգամ թուրք հասարակության ու հատկապես երիտասարդության շրջանում ատելություն է սերմանել հայերի հանդեպ։
