Կրակոցներ՝ Երևանում
VIDEOՀունիսի 20-ին ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում կրակոցների վերաբերյալ մի քանի ահազանգ հնչեց։ Ահազանգողները հայտնում էին, որ Գուլակյան 16/բ շենքի բնակիչներից մեկը պատուհանից կրակոցներ է արձակում։
Հնարավոր ողբերգական հետևանքները կանխելու նպատակով ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնից մի քանի խումբ մեկնեց դեպքի վայր։ Գուլակյան 16/բ շենք մեկնեցին նաև քրեական ոստիկանության հատուկ նշանակության վարչության ծառայողները։ Տեղում պարզվեց, թե որ հարկի որ բնակարանից են կրակոցներն արձակվել։ Զինված տղամարդուն վնասազերծելու ծրագիր մշակվեց։ Ծրագրի մաս էր նաև նրա հետ բացատրական աշխատանք իրականացնելը։
Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Սևան Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ մեկ ժամից ավելի տևած բանակցության արդյունքում տղամարդը բացեց բնակարանի դուռը։ Զենքը ձեռքին էր, ուստի ոստիկանության ծառայողները նրան վնասազերծեցին ու բերման ենթարկեցին Արաբկիրի բաժին։ Հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզվեց, որ Գուլակյան 16/բ շենքի 32-ամյա բնակիչը իր անվամբ հաշվառված որսորդական հրացանից վեց անգամ կրակել էր։ Ստուգվեց սթափության աստիճանը. պարզվեց՝ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ էր։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են կրակված պարկուճներ։ Հրացանը վերցվել է։ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
