ԱՄՆ-ն պետք է վերացնի Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները, դրանք խախտում էին միջուկային գործարքը, Եվրամիությունը նույնպես չէր հետևում համաձայնագրի դրույթներին: Ինչպես նշում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է Իրանի նորընտիր նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսին:
«ԱՄՆ-ն պարտավոր է չեղարկել Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները, նրանք խախտել են միջուկային գործարքը, Եվրամիությունը նույնպես չի հետևել համաձայնագրի դրույթներին», - ասել է Ռայիսին:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրի (ԳՀՀԾ) վերականգման շուրջ բանակցություններում Իրանի դիրքորոշումները Էբրահիմ Ռայիսիի գլխավորությամբ նոր կառավարության օրոք կմնան առաջվանը: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ի փոխղեկավար Աբաս Արաքչին:
«Ռայիսին իրատեսական և խելացի մարդ է…Իրանի դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվի նույնիսկ կառավարության փոխվելուց հետո»,-IRIB հեռուստաալիքը մեջբերում է Արաքչիի խոսքը:
ԳՀՀԾ-ի վերականգնման շուրջ բանակցություններն անցկացվում են Վիեննայում ապրիլի 1-ից: Հունիսի 12-ին սկսվել է կոնսուլտացիաների վեցերորդ փուլը: 2015 թվականին «վեցնյակը» (Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Գերմանիա, Չինաստան, Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանիսա) և Իրանը հայտարարել են Գործողությունների համատեղ համափարփակ ծրագրի (ԳՀՀԾ) ձեռքբերման մասին: Համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում էր պատժամիջոցների վերացում՝ Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի սահմանափակման փոխարեն: Գործարքը նախնական տեսքով երեք տարվա կյանք էլ չի ունեցել. 2018 թվականի մայիսին ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարեց միակողմանի կարգով դրանից դուրս գալու և Թեհրանի նկատմամբ խիստ պատժամիջոցները վերականգնելու մասին:
Իրանը 2019 թվականին՝ գործարքից ԱՄՆ-ի դուրս գալուց հետո չորս տարի անց, հայտարարեց համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում իր պարտավորությունների փուլային կրճատման մասին՝ հրաժարվելով միջուկային հետազոտությունների, ցենտրիֆուգների և ուրանի հարստացման մակարդակի սահմանափակումներից: 2020 թվականի վերջին Իրանում ուժի մեջ է մտել մի օրենք, որը պարտավորեցնում է սկսել բարձրհարստացված ուրանի (20 տոկոսից) արտադրություն, ավելի հզոր ցենտրիֆուգների գործարկումը, որոնք գործարքի դրույթներից դուրս են, և հրաժարվել ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի ընդլայնված ստուգումներից, եթե Թեհրանը չկարողանա նավթի ազատ առևտուր անել և ֆինանսական գործողություններ իրականացնել:
