Սիրելի ժողովուրդ,

Մեր հայրենիքի համար վճռական օրվա շեմին ենք: Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցությամբ որոշելու ենք մեր երկրի գալիքի կերտման ուղին: Մենք ամենքս ուզում ենք ապրել խաղաղ ու անվտանգ, կայուն զարգացող երկրում, հեռու ցնցումներից ու պառակտումներից և կառուցել մեր արժանապատիվ ու բարօր կյանքը ազգաշահ ու հայրենաշեն ձեռքբերումների վրա։

Այսօր՝ մեզ պատուհասած ծանր կորուստների պայմաններում, առավել քան երբևէ, մենք պարտք ու պատասխանատվություն ունենք մեր անկախ պետականության պահպանման ու ամրապնդման, մեր հայրենիքի զորացման համար։ Պատասխանատվություն ունենք մեր զոհված նահատակների լուսավառ հիշատակի, մեր ներկայի ու գալիքի, մեր սերունդների առջև։ Ի Հայաստան, յԱրցախ և ի սփյուռս, մեր ժողովրդի առջև հառնած է հրամայականը՝ թոթափելու հետպատերազմյան և նախընտրական օրերին ստեղծված լարվածությունը, վերահաստատելու համերաշխությունը։ Նաև կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է, որ հետընտրական շրջանում մեր երկրի ներքին կյանքն ընթանա հանդարտության և ողջախոհության մթնոլորտում։ Երբեք և ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարող արդարացվել ազգը պառակտող գործողությունները և հասարակության մեջ թշնամանքի սերմանումը, բռնության ու հաշվեհարդարի կոչերը, բախումներ հրահրելը: Հայրապետական Մեր հորդորն է, սիրելի ժողովուրդ, զերծ մնալ ատելության խոսքից, անհանդուրժողականությունից, դրսևորել զգոնություն, օրինահարգություն և նոր փորձություններով չվտանգել հայրենական մեր կյանքը։ Մեր պատմության նոր էջը կերտենք հավատքով ու լավատեսությամբ, սիրով ու միասնականությամբ։ Միշտ հիշենք, որ Հայաստանում կայուն իրավիճակով, մեր ամուր պետականությամբ է նաև պայմանավորված Արցախի ապագան, արցախաբնակ մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հիմնախնդիրների հաղթահարումը։ Այս գիտակցությամբ, այս ոգով ու հանձնառությամբ մասնակցություն բերենք ընտրություններին, անտարբեր չմնանք մեր երկրի վաղվա օրվա հանդեպ, որպեսզի մեր ազգային ու հայրենական անդաստանում տեղ չգտնեն նեղություններ ու տառապանքներ, նոր արհավիրքներ, որպեսզի միասիրտ ու միախորհուրդ հաղթահարենք ներքին ու արտաքին մարտահրավերները, կառուցենք հզոր ու պայծառ հայրենիք՝ խարսխված մեր ինքնությունը պայմանավորող ազգային ու հոգևոր մեր արժեքների վրա։ Այս ընթացքով ի զորու կլինենք առատացնել տերունական օրհնությունը մեր կյանքում և Հայաստանում ու Արցախում մարմնավորել մեր ժողովրդի բարօրության ու առաջընթացի լուսավոր տեսիլքները։

Սիրելիներ, աղոթենք միասնաբար, որ առկա ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման բոլոր ջանքերը Աստծո ողորմությամբ պսակվեն բարի արդյունքներով։ Հայցենք, որ Ամենախնամ Տերը Իր շնորհների և օրհնության ներքո պահի ու պահպանի մեր հայրենիքն ու աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ողջ ժողովրդին, պարգևի իմաստություն ու զորություն, խաղաղ ու ապահով կյանք Իր ամենախնամ Սուրբ Աջի հովանու ներքո։

Աստծո սերը, օրհնությունն ու ողորմությունը մեր հայրենիքին ու մեզ ամենքիս. ամեն։
