Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ

Նախընտրական քարոզչության վերջին օրն է։

Այս ընտրությունները Հայաստան պետության կյանքում հերթական քաղաքական իշխանության ձևավորման միջոց չեն։ Դրանք մեր պետության, ավելին` հայ ժողովրդի ճակատագրի, ես կասեյի` հետագա գոյության համար որոշիչ մեկնարկ են։

Վերջին ավելի քան մեկ տասնամյակի արտաքին քաղաքական տուրբուլենտությունը և ներքաղաքական կյանքի լճացումը, իսկ հատկապես` վերջին երեք տարիների քաոսը, երկիրը հյուծեցին և իմունազրկեցին։ Այս ամենի հետևանքով անխուսափելի պատերազմում մենք ջախջախվեցինք և կանգնեցինք բոլորովին նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողության առաջ` չունենալով բավարար ռեսուրսներ դիմագրավելու նոր մարտահրավերներին։ Այս ընթացքը շարունակելը մահվան է հավասար։

Մեր երկրին և ազգին անհրաժեշտ է գլոբալ ռեսթարտ։

Ստեղծված արտաքին և ներքին համապարփակ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ընտրել հակաճգնաժամային կառավարչի լուրջ հմտություններ և ուժեղ կամք ունեցող լիդերի։ Այդպիսի դերակատարում այսօրվա քաղաքական հայտատուների շարքից կարող է ստանձնել բացառապես նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։ Համոզմունքս հիմնված է ինչպես իրավիճակի խորքային վերլուծության, այլև` հիմնական քաղաքական դերակատարներին անձնապես ճանաչելու արդյունքում ձևավորված կարծիքի վրա։

Ընդսմին, հարգելի բարեկամներ, պահը օրհասական է, Ձեր ընտրությունը` որոշիչ։ Հորդորում եմ բացառիկ լրջությամբ վերաբերվել այս ընտրություններին, պարտադիր մասնակցել քվեարկությանը և կոչ եմ անում ձայն տալ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ դաշինքին և նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։
