POLITICSՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավորև շտաբի նախկին պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը հանդես է եկել ուղերձով, որտեղ կոչ է անում աջակցել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եւ այն ուժերին, որոնք պայքարում են գործող իշխանությունների դեմ:
Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք ուղերձը.
«Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,
իմ զինակից ընկերներ՝ Իշխանությունը ցանկացած գնով պահպանելու մոլուցքը ստիպում է գործող վարչախմբին դիմել ամենակեղտոտ եւ անբարոյական քայլերի՝ վարկաբեկելով իրենց ապազգային գործունեությանը ընդդիմացող մարդկանց։
Ինձ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է ձեւավորվում, որ պատերազմի ժամանակ վարչապետի դերը կատարող անձը եւ իր թիմակիցները ՀՀ կառավարությունում դիտորդի կարգավիճակ են ունեցել։ Ցանկացած իրավիճակում մեղավորներ են փնտրում՝ իրենց ներկայացնելով անմեղ հրեշտակներ։
Անժխտելի փաստ է, որ պատասխանատվությունից խուսափող ղեկավարը մեծագույն սպառնալիք է պետության համար։ Ես բազմիցս հայտարարել եմ, որ պատասխանատվությունից չեմ խուսափում եւ պատրաստ եմ աջակցել պատերազմի արդյունքները քննող հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին, սակայն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները շարունակում են շահարկել պատերազմի թեման՝ քաղաքական միավորներ հավաքելու համար։
Իհարկե, մարդկանց վարկաբեկելու հարցում նրանք մրցակիցներ չունեն, բայց առաջարկում եմ սթափվել, եւ անհիմն հայտարարություններով չփորձել բոլոր մեղքերը բարդել ռազմական հրամանատարության վրա։ Նրանք ցանկացած գնով ձգտում են ինքնամաքրվել՝ նշանակելով մեղավորներ եւ փակելով պատմության այս ողբերգական էջը, շարունակել վայելել իշխանության բարիքները։
Մեր զոհված զինակից ընկերների թափված արյունը զրկել է մեզ ինքնապաշտպանվելու բարոյական իրավունքից, բայց չափերը պետք չէ անցնել։
Օբյեկտիվ քննությունը ցույց կտա բոլորիս մեղավորության աստիճանը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է իմ քաղաքական հայացքներին՝ Ես 18 տարեկանից իմ կյանքը նվիրել եմ հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը եւ ոչինչ չեմ խնայել թշնամու դեմ պայքար մղելիս: Երբեք քաղաքականությամբ չեմ զբաղվել եւ, ըստ էության, ինձ համար տարբերություն չի եղել թե ով է ներկայացնում իշխանությունը:
Սակայն այսօրվա գործող իշխանությունների ապազգային գործունեությունը ստիպեց, որ պայքարեմ նրանց դեմ՝ պետության կործանման գործընթացը կասեցնելու նպատակով: Ես գտնում եմ, որ այս ծանր հետպատերազմյան ճգնաժամից Հայաստանը եւ Արցախը կարող են դուրս գալ միայն արհեստավարժ ու ազգանվեր պաշտոնյաներով համալրված կառավարության աշխատանքի շնորհիվ, որը պետք է ղեկավարի փորձառու քաղաքական գործիչ:
Համոզված եմ, որ այս իրավիճակում մենք պետք է աջակցենք ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եւ բոլոր այն առողջ ուժերին,որոնք պայքարում են գործող իշխանությունների դեմ»:
