Հիմնական գործընթացները կսկսվեն 3.5 տարի հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանը պետք է որոշում կայացնի, թե ռուսական զորքերը ևս 5 տարի, կամ, ավելի երկար, մնալո՞ւ են Արցախում, թե ոչ:

Դա ական է, դրված Ադրբեջանի տակ, չհամաձայնվելու դեպքում կբարձրանա Արցախի կարգավիճակի խնդիրը, որպեսզի շրջանցվի Ադրբեջանի մերժելու հնարավորությունը, իսկ համաձայնվելու դեպքում ներիշխանական ճգնաժամի խնդիր կառաջանա:

Արցախի պատերազմում մեր դեմ գործել է միջազգային կոալիցիա, կազմված Թուրքիայից, Իսրայելից, Բրիտանիայից ու Պակիստանից: Նրանից յուրաքանչյուրն իր խնդիրներն է դրանով լուծել։ Այդ կոալիցիային ընդդեմ հակառակ կոալիցիայի ձևավորումն ընթացքի մեջ է ու բացառված չէ, որ Ադրբեջանում նույն սցենարը կիրառվի, ինչը կիրառվել է 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում՝ "հեղափոխությունը"։ Կարճ ասած, գնդակն Ադրբեջանի դաշտում է ու դա արդեն իրենց մեծ պրոբլեմն է լինելու։ Ամեն ինչ առանց պատերազմի է լինելու։

Ֆիքսենք, որ Շուշիի փաստաթղթում Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանին պարտադրեց համաձայնվել, որ իրենք միջազգային հարթակներում վարելու են անկախ և միասնական քաղաքականություն (ինչպես պարտադրեց պատերազմ սկսել): Այսինքն Ադրբեջանը որևէ միջազգային ռազմական կոալիցիայի մեջ չի մտնի։

Սա ուղղակի որպես սցենարներից մեկը պետք է դիտարկվի: Կարելի է դիտարկել ևս մի քանի հետաքրքիր սցենարներ։

Հատուկ կարճ եմ գրում ու հատուկ հիմա եմ գրում, որպեսզի անկումային տրամադրությունները չխորանան (սցենարների մասին պետք է երկար ու ավելի լուրջ խոսել, բայց ոչ հիմա)։

Իրավիճակից ելք միշտ էլ կարելի է գտնել, սակայն դրա համար պետք է ազատվենք 2018-ին Հայաստանում ներդրված անհայրենիք սրիկաներից ու վերջ տանք լակոտոկրատիային, ինչը պարտավոր ենք անել հունիսի 20-ին։
