66 մլն դրամ Տավուշի մարզի տնտեսություններին անցնող տարում

Մարինա Ներսեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Տարվա առաջին իսկ օրերից կառավարությունն ընդունեց մի քանի կարևոր որոշումներ, որոնք միտված էին սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակչության հոգսերի թեթևացմանը: Այդ քաղաքականությունը շարունակվեց: Ապրիլի 22- ի նիստում գործադիրը 3,7 մլն դրամի ֆինանսական աջակցություն ցուցաբերեց Տավուշի մարզի 8 բնակավայրերի, հոկտեմբերի 8- ին` ևս 66 մլն դրամ նույն մարզի տնտեսություններին, հոկտեմբերի 29- ին`Այգեհովիտ գյուղին` հակառակորդի գնդակոծության հետևանքով պատճառված վնասները վերացնելու համար:

Ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ի նիստում կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Սահմանամերձ տարածաշրջանների զարգացման 2016թ. ծրագիրը»: Ամփոփելով հարցի վերաբերյալ ծավալված մտքերի փոխանակությունը, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մասնավորապես նշեց, որ սահմանամերձ բոլոր համայնքների բնակիչների սոցիալական պայմանների բարելավման` գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ոռոգման ջրի մասնակի ու հողի հարկի և անշարժ գույքի գույքահարկի ամբողջական փոխհատուցման նպատակով 2016թ. պետբյուջեով կհատկացվի 928 մլն դրամ:

Հաջորդ` հոկտեմբերի 8- ի նիստում գործադիրն առաջարկել է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել «Սահմանամերձ գյուղական համայնքներում իրականացվող գործունեությունը հարկերից ազատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում: Դրա նպատակն է տարանջատել սահմանամերձ համայնքներում արտադրական և առևտրային գործունեություն ծավալող ընկերություններին տրամադրվող արտոնությունները, մասնավորապես` արտադրական գործունեություն իրականացնող ընկերություններին ԱԱՀ մասով`արտադրության կազմակերպման և արտադրամասերի կառուցման նպատակով ձեռք բերված (ներմուծված) ապրանքների համար: Դրա շնորհիվ ավելի նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծվեն սահմանամերձ համայնքների տնտեսական գործունեության ակտիվացման, տարածքային զարգացման, զբաղվածության ապահովման համար:

Եվ քանի որ սահմանամերձ համայնքների մեծ մասը գտնվում է Տավուշի մարզում և այդ պատճառով ավելի հաճախ է ենթարկվում հակառակորդի ոտնձգությանը, կառավարության ուշադրությունը ևս սևեռված է այս մարզին` զարգացնելու ենթակառուցվածքները, թեթևացնելու բնակչության հոգսերը: Հոկտեմբերի 8- ի նիստում գործադիրն իր պահուստային ֆոնդից 25 մլն դրամ հատկացրեց մարզի Պտղավան համայնքում Դեբեդ գետի վրա նոր կախովի կամրջի կառուցման նպատակով: Շուրջ 40 աշխատատեղ կբացվի Այրումի երկաթուղային կայարանի հարակից տարածքում երկիր մուրք գործող գյուղատնտեսական մթերքով բեռնված վագոնների ախտահանումը կազմակերպելու համար:
