Սուրեն Պապիկյանի մեքենայի հարվածից վնասվածք ստացած երեխան կոմայի մեջ է․հայրը մանրամասներին տեղյակ չէ

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի Toyota Land crauser մակնիշի 36 RO 720 օպերատիվ պետհամարանիշներով մեքենան մեծ արագությամբ ընթանալիս Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան գյուղի մոտ հարվածել է դիմացից ընթացող Նիվա մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։ Հարվածի հետեւանքով մեքենայի ղեկին գտնվող 14-ամյա անչափահաս  երեխան լուրջ վնասվածքներ է ստացել։

Մամուլում շրջառանվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը գտնվել է մեքենայի մեջ, նրա հետ մեքենայում գտնվողները արագ հանել են մեքենայի պետհամարանիշները, ոստիկանությունն էլ ամեն ինչ անում է վթաը կոծկելու համար։ 

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ երեխան այժմ կոմայի մեջ է։

Սուրենավանի գյուղապետ Կարո Կարապետյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, թե հանուն արդարության պետք է նշի, որ Պապիկյանը մեքենայում չի գտնվել․ «Ճիշտը մնում է ճիշտ, իր մեքենան է եղել, բայց ինքը հաստատ մեջը չի եղել։ Ես պարզ ասեմ՝ իրենց կառավարությունով հանդերձ իրենք ինձ չեն հետաքրքրում, բայց ճիշտն այն է, որ մեջը չի եղել։ Վարորդն է եղել»։

Նա նշեց, որ երեխան այգի գնալիս է եղել․ «Ճանապարհը կտրել է երեխան մեքենայով»։

Անչափահասի հայրը՝ Վահեն էլ ասաց, որ ինքը տեղեկություն չունի՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը մեքենայի մեջ եղել է, թե ոչ․ «Ես ոչ մի տեղեկություն չունեմ, ես եկել եմ, էրեխեն էդտեղ չի եղել, հիվանդանոցում է եղել, դաժե չգիտեի՝ ում ավտոն է եղել, էդ պահին ես խառնված եմ եղել։ 10-15 րոպե հետո եմ ես հասել»։

Հարցին, թե տեսնողներ եղե՞լ են, ի՞նչ են պատմում, ասաց․ «Ես ոչ մեկի ոչ տեսել եմ, ոչ լսել եմ, ոչ էլ խաբար ենք՝ ովքեր են։ Ժամը 16։00-ի մոտ է եղել վթարը»։

Նա նաեւ ասաց, որ իրենք տանը չեն եղել, որդին ինքնակամ վերցրել է ավտոմեքենան եւ վարել։

Դեպքից հետո ոչ Պապիկյանը, ոչ էլ որեւէ պաշտոնյա ընտանիքին չեն մոտեցել, չեն հետաքրքրվել երեխայի առողջական  վիճակով։

Հայրը նշեց, որ երեխան անգիտակից վիճակում է․ «Արհեստական կոմայի մեջ են գցել, ջարդվածքներ ունի»։

Նշենք, որ ոստիկանության կայքում դեպքի մասին ինֆորմացիա կա, սակայն, գրված չէ, թե ովքեր են եղել վթարի մասնակիցները։
