Վերին շորժայում բնակիչը արթնացել է ադրբեջանական կրակոցից

Մինչ իշխանությունը մրցակիցներին մուրճով վախեցնելով քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում, երեկ ադրբեջանական 9 զինծառայող գողացել է Վերին Շորժայի արոտավայրի հովվի կովը և նոր ծնված հորթը:
Դրանից առաջ մոտ 80 գլուխ անասուն գողացան Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ համայնքի մոտակայքից: ԵՒ ոչ մի պատասխանատվություն, ոչ մի աղմուկ. կարևորը քարոզարշավն է, սահմանամերձ բնակիչների անվտանգությունը երրորդական հարց է դարձել:
Վերին շորժայում բնակիչը արթնացել է ադրբեջանական կրակոցից և պարզել, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները կրակում են իր խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիների ուղղությամբ, որոնք այդ պահին գտնվել են բաց տարածքում` իր բնակության վայրի անմիջական հարևանությամբ:
Արագ գնացել է դեպի կենդանիները և պարզել է, որ 1 կովը և նոր ծնված հորթը չկան: Քիչ անց նկատել է, որ ադրբեջանական թվով 9 զինված ծառայող կովին և հորթին քշում է դեպի իրենց դիրքեր։ Մյուս հովիվների հետ միասին փորձել են հետ բերել կենդանիներին, որոնք այդ պահին սկսել են վազել դեպի հովիվների կողմը:
Սակայն ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները սկսել են կրակել կենդանիների ուղղությամբ և վնասելով կովի ոտքը` թույլ չեն տվել, որ հասնեն հովիվներին: Կրակոցներ են արձակվել նաև հովիվների ուղղությամբ:
Այնուհետև, հովիվները դիտարկել են, թե ինչպես են արդեն գողությունից 4 ժամ անց` ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներն իրենց դիրքերում մորթում կովին:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հատուկ արձանագրում է, որ այս գողությունը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում, ու ադրբեջանական զինծառակողներն իջել են այն դիրքերից, որտեղ ապօրինի տեղակայված են:
Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները կատարում են բացահայտ հանցավոր արարքներ` ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին կյանքի և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ: Ընդ որում, նրանք այդպես էլ չեն վերադարձրել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից վերջերս գողացած կենդանիները (Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ, Վերին Շորժա, Սյունիքի մարզի Արավուս, Խնածախ գյուղեր և այլն):
Հանցագործության այս դեպքը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է, որ ՀՀ բնակչության իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հանցավոր արարքներից բացարձակ հրատապությամբ պահանջում է անվտանգության գոտու առկայություն:
