Դատելով ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում առկա տեղեկատվությունից, այսպես կոչված, «Շուշիի հռչակագրում» արձանագրված է ոչ միայն «Զանգեզուրյան միջանցք» կոչեցյալի կարևորությունն ադրբեջանաթուրքական շահերի առումով, այլ նաև դրա շարունակություն հանդիսանալիք Նախիջևան-Կարս երկաթուղու շինարարության անհրաժեշտությունը։

Նաև սրանից պարզ է դառնում, որ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման խաբուսիկ «փաթեթավորման» տակ Բաքուն և Անկարան անթաքույց փորձ են կատարում առաջ մղել հենց «Թուրանական միջանցքի» գաղափարի իրականացումը, քանի որ Կարսից Նախիջևան հասնելու համար արդեն իսկ գոյություն ունի Կարս-Գյումրի-Երասխ-Նախիջևան երկաթուղին, որը սակայն հիմնականում անցնում է Հայաստանի տարածքով։

Հետևաբար Նախիջևան-Կարս նոր երկաթուղին, որը բացառապես կառուցվելու է Գյումրի-Երասխ հատվածում Հայաստանը շրջանցելու նպատակով, ոչ միայն հակասում է հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման բարձրագոչ հավաստիացումների տրամաբանությանը, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ միտված է շրջափակելու Հայաստանը և ստեղծելու Թուրքիայից  դեպի պատրանքային «Թուրան» ցամաքային կապ։

Իսկ ի՞նչ էր անում կապիտուլյանտն այն պահին, երբ թշնամական դաշինքի պարագլուխները Շուշիում նման հեռագնա համաձայնություններ էին կայացնում։ Ոչինչ, բացի հիստերիկ բղավոցներով մուրճ թափ տալուց։
