Պետությունը կվճարի գյուղացիների փոխարեն

Նարեկ Սարգսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կիսապատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող պետության համար, ինչպիսին Հայաստանն է, շատ կարևոր է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել սահմանամերձ բնակչության հետ կապված ցանկացած խնդիր:
Վերջին տարիներին էլ ավելանում են սահմանամերձ համայնքներում կատարվող ծրագրերը, պետության կողմից աջակցությունը:
Դեռ նախորդ տարեվերջին ընդունվեց «Սահմանամերձ գյուղական համայնքներում իրականացվող գործունեությունը հարկերից ազատելու մասին» օրենքը: Ըստ օրենքի Արարատի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի 1- ական, Վայոց ձորի մարզի 5 և Տավուշի մարզի 24 համայնք, ինչպես նաև Արարատի մարզի «Պարույր Սևակ» բնակավայրը ազատվեցին հարկերից:
Օրերս, գործադիր մարմինը որոշում է կայացրել 130 մլն դրամ հատկացնել Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքների առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրների համար: Կան բնակավայրեր, որոնք գազիֆիկացված չեն կան` ջրամատակարարումից զուրկ: Այս խնդրի լուծման համար IFAD- ը որոշակի գումար էր տրամադրել, սակայն ծրագրի իրականացման համար գյուղացն նույնպես պետք է գումար տրամադրեր: Այդ հարցը նույնպես ստացավ իր լուծումը, և գյուղացու փոխարեն դա կանի ՀՀ Կառավարությունը:
Աջակցությունս ստացավ նաև Տավուշի մարզը, որի համար ամիսներ առաջ գործադիր մարմինը տրամադրել էր 6,5 մլն դրամ : Գումարը ծառայեց թշնամու գնդակոծությունից հետո բնակելի տների վերականգնմանը: Մասնավորապես, վերականգնվեցին ՝ Բերքաբեր, Բաղանիս, Բարեկամավան, Կոթի, Չինարի և Պառավաքար գյուղերի 134 բնակչի գույքի կորուստը:
Աջակցությունը շարունակվեց նաև կոմունալ վճարումների հարցում: Գործադիր մարմինը 928 մլն դրամ հատկացրեց բնակիչների հոսանքի, գազի, ջրի ծախսը, ինչպես նաև գույքահարկի մասնակի կամ ամբողջական փոխհատուցումը կազմակերպելու համար:
