«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պատասխանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Պարագ Յոհաննես Բհատը հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել։

« «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը միշտ զերծ է մնացել և չի միջամտել քաղաքական գործընթացներին, ինչպես նաև չի խոչընդոտել իր աշխատակիցների քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշումների արտահայտմանը՝ բացառելով նաև այդ հողի վրա ցանկացած խտրականության դրսևորում:

Մեր ընկերության առաջնահերթություններից է հանդիսանում արտադրական գործունեության անխափանության ապահովումը, աշխատակիցների կյանքի, առողջության և սոցիալական բարեկեցության պաշտպանությունը, պետության և մեր գործընկերների հանդեպ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների անխախտ կատարումը:

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը միշտ գործում և իր շահերը պաշտպանում է բացառապես օրենքների և օրինականության շրջանակներում։ Այս անգամ ևս, արձագանքելով երեկ՝ 2021 թվականի հունիսի 15-ին, ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարան և Կապան համայնքներում ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի կողմից «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերության և նրա աշխատակիցների հասցեին հնչեցված անհիմն մեղադրանքներին, տրված որակումներին ու հաշվեհարդարի սպառնալիքներին, դրանք գնահատում ենք որպես պետության բարձագույն պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության, ՀՀ կողմից վավերացված միջազգային պայմանագրերի և գործող օրենսդրության կոպտագույն խախտում, «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերության տնտեսական գործունեության ազատության իրացման խոչընդոտում, սեփականությունից զրկելու և մասնավոր տնտեսական գործունեությանը միջամտելու սպառնալիք՝ այդ թվում զուգորդված ֆիզիկական հաշվեհարդարի ակնարկներով, ինքնադատաստանի կոչերով, աշխատողներին աշխատանքային անկարգապահության հորդոր և այլն:

Հայտնում ենք, որ հերթական անգամ չենք տրվելու սադրանքների և չենք ներքաշվելու քաղաքական բանավեճերի ու գործընթացների մեջ: Անընդունելի ենք համարում որպես տարբեր քաղաքական զարգացումների մեղավոր «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերությանը կարգելը, առավել ևս դա նախապես պլանավորված և հետևողականորեն իրագործելը, ընկերության շուրջ արհեստական «անցուդարձ» ստեղծելով:

Միաժամանակ, օգտվելով առիթից նախընտրական քարոզարշավին մասնակցող բոլոր ուժերին (այդ թվում նաև իշխանությանը) հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ մեզ սեփական քաղաքական նպատակներով օգտագործելու գայթակղությունից, ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելուց, ինչպես նաև քաղաքական պրոցեսները չօգտագործել որոշ անձանց և շրջանակների անձնական ու խմբային տնտեսական շահերը սպասարկելու նպատակներով։

«ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը և ամենօրյա քրտնաջան աշխատանքով բարիք ստեղծող իր բազմահազարանոց կոլեկտիվը չեն հանդուրժելու ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ և միջազգային պայմանագրերով սահմանված ու երաշխավորված իրենց իրավունքների և ազատությունների ոտնահարման փորձերը և բոլոր օրինական, պիտանի ու արդյունավետ միջոցներով պաշտպանելու են դրանք ազգային ու միջազգային ատյաններում:

 

Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է վերը նշված խախտումների վերաբերյալ համապատասխան դիմում (հաղորդում) ներկայացնել իրավասու պետական մարմիններին», - ասված է հայտարարությունում։
