Հունիսի 15-ի լույս 16-ի գիշերը Շվեյցարիայի մայրաքաղաք Ժնևի շատրվանը «ներկվել» է Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի պետական դրոշների գույներով՝ հատուկ լուսավորության միջոցով: Ժնևն այսպես է ողջունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ջո Բայդենի մասնակցությամբ գագաթնաժողովը, հայտնում է EurAsia Daily-ն:

Ինչպես հայտնել են Ժնևի արդյունաբերական ծառայությունից (SIG), որի վերահսկողության տակ է շատրվանը, Պուտինն ու Բայդենը «հունիսի 16-ին կանցկացնեն երկար սպասված հանդիպումը», ինչը վկայում է քաղաքի՝ «որպես խաղաղության և երկխոսության հարթակ» կարևորության ճանաչման մասին:

«SIG-ը համերաշխություն է հայտնում այս բացառիկ իրադարձությանը՝ գիշերը լուսավորելով ջրի թափվող զանգվածն ամերիկյան և ռուսական դրոշների գույներով՝ սպիտակ, կարմիր և կապույտ»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ և հավելվում՝ շատրվանն այս գույներով կլուսավորվի հունիսի 15-ից 16-ը և հունիսի 16-ից 17-ը մինչև Երևանի ժամանակով 06:00-ը:

SIG-ի խոսնակ Անն-Կլոդ Շտայները ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է, որ համաշխարհային տեսարժան վայր համարվող Ժնևի շատրվանի՝ դրոշի գույներով լուսավորումը բարի ավանդույթ է: 

«Մենք շատրվանը լուսավորում ենք ուշագրավ ամսաթվերի և իրադարձությունների առթիվ: Ռուսաստան-ԱՄՆ գագաթնաժողովը կարևոր իրադարձություն է քաղաքի համար: Միայն ուժեղ քամին կարող է խափանել մեր ծրագրերը: Երբ ուժեղ քամի է, շատրվանն անջատվում է: Բայց անձրևը խոչընդոտ չէ դրա համար», - ասել է Շտայները:
