«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մինչ հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական կյանքում նախընտրական կրքեր են բորբոքվում, Արցախում եւ տարածաշրջանում նոր զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում։ Երեկ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ այցելել էր Շուշի։ Այս այցն արդեն իսկ քննադատվել է ՀՀ՝ ղեկավար չունեցող Հ ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից։
Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Որպես տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության եւ անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված ակնհայտ սադրանք՝ խստորեն դատապարտում ենք հունիսի 15-ին Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների համատեղ այցելությունն Արցախի՝ ներկայումս ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ գտնվող հայկական պատմական եւ մշակութային կենտրոն՝ Շուշի քաղաք»: Իhարկե, այս իրավիճակում զարմանալի է պաշտոնյա չունենալը, սակայն աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները չեն սպասում ՀՀ ընտրությունների ավարտին։ Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած Էրդողան-Բայդեն հանդիպումից հետո Ժնեւում հունիսի 16-ին սպասվում է Բայդեն-Պուտին հանդիպումը, որի շրջանակում նրանք կքննարկեն ռազմավարական կայունության, COVID-19-ի դեմ պայքարի, կիբերհանցագործության դեմ պայքարի, ինչպես նաեւ տարածաշրջանային հարցեր՝ ներառյալ իրավիճակը Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, Ուկրաինայում եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։
Այս մասին լրագրողներին ասել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը։ «Ժնեւի հանդիպման անցկացման նախաձեռնությունը եղել է ամերիկյան կողմից»,- նշել է Ուշակովը:
Ինչպես նշեցինք, Ժնեւում Պուտին-Բայդեն գագաթնաժողովից առաջ՝ հունիսի 14-ին, կայացել է Ջո Բայդենի հանդիպումը Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ. այս հանդիպման օրակարգում եւս ներառված էր Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության թեման:
Ստացվում է, որ ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը քննարկել է թե՛ Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպմանը, թե՛ քննարկելու է Պուտինի հետ սպասվող հանդիպմանը: Եվ մինչ Հայաստանում իրար վրա ցեխ են շպրտում, աշխարհում նոր զարգացումներ են, որից Հայաստանը դուրս է մնում։
